The best thing about this hotel is the location. We had a suite on the ground floor overlooking the golf course. The peace and quiet and beauty of this area is staggering and really made the break for us. The Eighteenth Bar on the first floor has a terrace with (surprisingly given its name!) a view of the eighteenth hole, and we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink watching the golfers come in (neither of us are golfers by the way). The breakfast was of fantastic quality. Plenty of fresh fruit rather than the tinned stuff you get in some hotels: strawberries, pineapple, melon, apricots, nectarines, all fresh. The cooked breakfast was great too, proper fresh plum tomatoes and proper sausages. Really good service at breakfast too, although we were there quite early and it looked rushed later. We didn't have dinner at the hotel as it looked expensive, but ate at the nearby Cherry Tree pub, which we can whole-heartedly recommend.

Very cozy and well looked after English Cottage. Close to the Horleytrain station, a five minute walk to Horley, and a ten minute taxi toGatwick. Very pleasant staff, quite helpful and they provide a very nicebreakfast. Would highly recommend it.

Loving everything historical, this Elizabethan Manor House lived up toevery expectation. It was steeped in history and had the most wonderfulgardens to sit in. Whilst Gatwick airport was close by, you could hardlyhear any noise and could lose yourself in the beautiful tranquility. Langshott Manor is ideal for anyone wanting a bit of romance in theirstay and for anyone who may be flying out of Gatwick but want thatlittle bit more than the hotels near the airport.

The sheets were made of very nice cotton and the bedding was comfortable (having taken up the hotel’s offer of a down feather pillow). The breakfast was excellent (all free range eggs and pork I understand - it certainly tasted like it). the location was great and the staff were very helpful with directions, parking (provided me with a resident parking pass so that I could park right outside the hotel) and recommending and excellent Indian restaurant.

A very friendly welcome with cups of tea and cake on arrival in thelounge. The hotel is wellsituated - close to the seafront and a short walk from the pier. Thestaff are friendly and the hotel is very well run. This small family run hotel is a great place tostay for couples and has a cosy guest house feel.

Very good friendly staff, clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and its location minutes from the sea front and minutes from the town theatres makes it a super hotel to stay in. Parking no problem as hotel issues permits to park outside in the parking bays.
