Premier Inn Nelson Norwich: Great location, Good for shopping, Excellent service.
Valerie  — 10.8.2010.
We stayed to visit Norfolk and Norwich being the capital for a long weekend we decided it would be a good place to base ourselves. The hotel is on the river and is central for shopping and has various restaurants to suit most people needs. We had an evening meal and breakfast on both days, evening meal was good and breakfast was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were all friendly, cheerful and h.

The welcoming attitude of all the staff, who do their utmost to please, and obviously appear to enjoy working for Premier Inns. We stayed in Norwich to visit National Trust properties in the area, and although this is a City Centre location, it is well situated, and convenient for this purpose. A relaxing area by the riverside is very welcome after spending the day outside Norwich, and it is easy to reach the other amenities of Norwich on foot. Unlike many other Premier Inns, hot breakfasts are not cooked to order, except Poached or Boiled Eggs, but this is understandable due to its size, and.

This was a more comfortable and stylish Hotel than we had expected. The lighting was lovely and there was ample space. The hotel was quiet at night. The reception rooms were well set out and user friendly and the garden area attractive.
William  — 15.10.2010.
The service was good; the rooms were clean; the checking in process was smooth. The breakfast was as advertised, and I enjoyed the informality of helping yourself. The position of the hotel just off the Norwich ring road was convenient both for getting into Norwich and getting out of it. We chose it partly because of its location.

Rooms and hotel in a very good state of repair, recently painted, and with very good hot shower. Reception staff were friendly polite and efficient. A very good stay. Did not expect this standard for a 2 star hotel - it puts some 3 and even 4 star establishments i’ve stayed at to shame!.

We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff at all times during our stay and were very impressed with the courteous and prompt service which we received - nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very comfortable and clean and the food was very good, both at breakfast and in the evening. The location was also very convenient for central Norwich. All in all, an excellent hotel with great staff - we would be happy to recommend it to friends.

It was conveniently located for Norwich city centre and thus for boththe sights and shopping. Free parking is available but you need to gointo the multi-storey car park in Duke Street (one way) which you reachbefore the hotel. The hotel will validate your ticket. Note too thatthere is a complicated one way system in operation in Norwich - not theideal town in which to drive!.

The hotel was excellent and right in the centre of Norwich, it’s a small privatly owned hotel and the attention to detail it what makes it so special. The room we have was very tastfully furnished with expensive individual items of furniture, the bathroom huge and the restaurant was very very good, I would recommend the food. But best of all was the staff who were friendly helpful and very attentive to the guests, will stay there again when we next go shopping or to the theatre.

We were told it was a quirky hotel and it was - but in a nice way. We didn’t have an evening meal in the hotel. If you want to get around the city centre, the location is absolutely perfect - easy walking distance of everywhere. If we go back to Norwich again, we will stay there.
Paul  — 15.4.2011.
By Appointment is an excellent hotel, housed in three 15th Century listed former Merchants Houses, just 10 minutes walk from the City centre. This luxurious hotel is filled with antique furniture and all the rooms are really comfortable. The staff are friendly and provide an outstanding service; the food is wonderful. This is a truly unique hotel.

Guy  — 15.10.2010.
I appreciated that my room was upgraded to a double bed plus a suite from a single bed. I liked the location. The price was cheaper than the Maids Head Hotel but looking ahead u can get a cheaper room there but it can be noisy there too but the noise comes from the revellers in the streets. Anyway your hotel is a good concept and you.
Michael  — 17.2.2010.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to ther c Cathedral where we were attending our Son’s ordination. We tend tolike this style of hotel. We were also able to invite some of our family/ friends to join us in the hotel gardens. The hotel was also just a fewminutes walk from the city centre shops.
