The hotel was modern and clean, and everything worked (though it took awhile to work out the tv). The facilities were fairly limited, but forthe type of hotel where most guests will only stay a single night, theywere pretty good. I wasn't expecting breakfast to be included in myprice, but it was, which was a good surprise. I guess the worst bitabouth the hotel is the fairly complex parking arrangements. You reallyhave to make sure you get into the right lane in the airport traffic oryou would miss the entrance to the hotel car park. You have to keepyour eyes skinned for hotel written on the roadway along with otherdestinations in the same lane. Don't waver! Then you have to take aticket and drive up a spiral ramp 3 or 4 floors, then go through yetanother barrier. All a bit of a pain, and the hotel should probably bea bit clearer about this at the point of booking. However, the staffare as good as gold at stamping the ticket so you can exit withoutpaying anything. Don't let this put yo

Hotel staff excellent. Room very clean and comfortable with fluffytowels and everything needed for an overnight stay. The only black markis the noise - I heard people arriving next door and also heard theiralarm clock go off!! Plus people arriving at various times in theevening. So insulation could be upgraded. The breakfast was adequate - although the toasting machine (like most hotels) is slow and a queue can easily build up - and putting bread through the toaster takes more than three times just to get a light brown toast! the scrambled eggs were awful and the bacon also undercooked. Having said this, a fine selection of tea was available (tried the coffee - and I'm afraid to say it was undrinkable) The hotel is very convenient for the airport arrivals and also for our follow on journey to Manchester (the coach was practically outside the hotel.) All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

It was my first time to visit Liverpool so I found the hotel excellent with easy access to the airport especially for early or late flights. The staff were very friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure. The room I stayed in was on level eleven and the view was amazing. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The room was so comfortable and luxurious I felt so relaxed and safe staying here. I would recommend the Hampton for a wonderful break. I hope to be able to return in the near future and bring my daughter with me this time. Thank you for making my stay in Liverpool so wonderful.

The Chester Bridage hotel was in a great location for sightseeing/shopping.The breakfast was excellent. The room had a few problems - the radiator didn't work so we had to borrow a heater from the reception desk. The overbed light didn't work and we reported this. But overall it was comfortable. We stayed in the annexe at the back of the hotel and it had an extremely noisy front door and very creaky stairs. The door could be fixed. The parking was difficult with people blocking each other in. The staff were helpful and we understand from your letter in the room that the hotel is under refurbishment. Thankyou for an overall enjoyable stay.

Staff at the hotel were really pleasant and the breakfast was 100%.Would certainly recommend the 'Slug and Lettuce' pub, 2 mins walk fromthe hotel as the place to eat. Again service and food were 100%,especially the Monday 1/2 price food deal. Chester is a great historicalcity, with magnificent buildings and the cathedral is a must. A shortbus ride is Cheshire Oaks, fantastic for a bit of shopping therapy andof course Chester Zoo is even closer. Would recommend Chester for ashort break stay.

Recently taken over by new owners so ignore old reviews. Hotel is beingrefurbished but offered comfortable accommodation. All staff extremelyhelpful and friendly. Location is excellent just a tiny stroll to thecity center. There is a pub opposite which as we stayed on a very hotnight meant revelers spilled outside, if noise is a concern ask for aroom at the rear. We used the hotel as a base for a Chester University open day for my daughter and her friend and found it to be perfect.
