From the phone call by the manager to check booking within ten minutes of confirmation to the check out the whole experience was first class. We liked the hotel so much on arrival that we asked if the room was available a second night. If you want straight lines and sharp angles it’s not for you, but it is a lovely hotel. The food and service are fan.

We travelled as a family of 5 adults (booking 2 rooms-a family and a double) and each one of us were delighted with the layout and comfort of the hotel, and service & quality we received, with no one complaining about anything. Their full English is to die for. Beautifully cooked and plenty of it. We will be using this hotel again and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Having read some of the mixed reviews beforehand, my two sisters and I weren’t totally sure what to expect. The hotel, friendliness of staff, accommodation and food exceeded our expectations. They even had a quiz night on which was great fun. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

My son is studying an English Literature degree at Lancaster Universitytherefore we love the hotel as it is right on the Universities doorstep. My son also loves to join us for meals at the hotel and reallyenjoys the hotels full English breakfast. The staff at the hotel areexcellent, you are greeted on arrival and looked after until you leaveto travel home. Whilst staying at the hotel we have taken advantage ofthe special offers when available as they are good value for money. Staying at Lancaster House Hotel allows you to travel to many places ofinterest nearby such as the Lake District, More.

We always enjoy Lancaster House Hotel. Location perfect as we have a son at Lancaster University, so it makesit the ideal place to stay. It is nice to just get away from the hustleand bustle of daily life sometimes, and this is just perfect. Sadly,this could be our last visit as our son has now graduated and we willnot use it very often now as we have no reason to go to Lancaster.

Our stay at Lancaster house hotel was due to wedding reception at the hotel however we decided we would stay for two nights and am very glad we did, the staff ,food and comfort of the hotel was excellent and can,t wait for my next visit !.

Crows Hotel Lancaster: Spacious showers, Clean rooms, Great location.

The staff were pleasant, love the oldness of the hotel, the locatin is fantastic, and you definatley get value for money, this was my third stay at this hotel and i have never had a reason to complain. the two previous times we were on the third floor where the roons are a little on the small side, however for a one night stay it does not really matter, this time we were on the fourth floor and the rooms were quite spacious. I would definatley recommend this hotel to any one wether you are on a budget or not, as I said value for money, a great location, right next to the castle, and each time.

The breakfast in the morning was really nice, in your rooms you had bath towels so didnt need to take any, you had own kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. there was iron and ironing board and also had its own trouser press installed in the room. also the hotel opened the back doors after a certain time so you are free to come in and out the hotel at any time of the night. great if you decide to have a night out round lancaster.

The staff were accomodating. It is nice to see a traditional hotel with old fashioned lift etc (although the hotel could do with a refurbishment). This hotel has parking, which many central Lancaster hotels do not. For the price I paid the hotel and room were excellent value.

My wife and I needed to have a relaxing weekend, but did not want to have a long car journey, this was one of the reasons we picked Lancaster. The hotel was easy to find. The food in the pub area was good and the hotel was in a quiet area but only a short walk in to the town. We would stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel is family run and we were warmly greeted on arrival. The hotel was immaculate and well done to the Chef who produced some terrific evening and afternoon meals. Breakfast was marvelous, set us up for the day. Lancaster City is well worth a visit, a busy little metropolis with some quirky palces.

The hotel is well situated within walking distance of Lancaster centre. Parking however was not attached to the hotel, but places could be found just a short distance away in a public parking area. The hotel staff were very friendly. The meals were very good.
