The location is perfect for exploring west Cornwall. Staff was efficient and helpful. The rate was not cheap but the room was clean and rather spacious so overall it was good value for money. I have stayed in this hotel again and will use it again as a base for visiting all the National Trust pplaces in the area!

Helpful receptionist. When we had to complain about the mattress thatwas at the end of its life and had the springs almost through thecovering she was concerned and had the matter looked into. As our staywas one night this proved enough.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Car parking is available, I suggest people book this in advance for a small fee as is limited. Nice touch was when I went out they put cones down to make sure no one parked in my space! Free Wifi is available here and the connection from my room was very fast. I cannot fault this hotel, particularly for the price - best value I’ve ever experienced and I will definitely return here if I go to Newquay again!.

This hotel is eally located for shops, restaurants, bars , buses, trainsand beach. The hosts were very hospitable and the breakfast wasfantastic and kept us going until tea time. We stayed in the family roomalthough we only booked a double and there was plenty of space. Theideal location for a beach holiday.

The staff were wonderfull, really friendly and helpfull, due to the fact that there are only a few rooms and its a very quiet hotel i would say its a great place for a romantic weekend. The location could not have been better as it was a stones throw from the beach and various shops, pubs and restaurants.

We were looking for a hotel with a central location within the town. Thishotel was ideal, with the bonus of a sea view from the front and bararea. Car remained inthe hotel car park except for a day trip elsewhere. The hotel staff werevery friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel provided a selection of optionsfor breakfast which would cater for most requirements.

Staff were very friendly, considerate, helpfull and obliging and thecost of the room was reasonable. Breakfast was served swiftly and thesize was sufficient with a good selection (in spite of some guestssaying it was too small???). We did not have evening meals. The hotelis fairly close to the town and beach (but bit of a climb if one is nottoo able).

This hotel is a 2 minute walk into town and 5 minutes to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and went out of there way to help in any way they could. Nothing was to much trouble.

We had a very memorable stay at Beaches. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever. The owners, Kim & Dave, have put a lot of thought and care into their B&B. Thank you Kim - if we didn’t live so far away in Australia, we’d be back in a flash !.

Beaches is a boutique b&B. The rooms are super clean with luxury bedding,and uber-soft towels! This is a "just pack some clothes and go" place -everything you need is provided. Breakfast was lovely and nothing is toomuch trouble. 10/10 for Beaches - it gets everything right! X.

Very friendly staff, great location - very close to the South West Coast Path and Fistral Beach, easy walk into Newquay itself. Fantastic and plentiful breakfast every day! Great room, well finished, nice bathroom. Would definately stay here again.

I have enjoyed at the Hotel so much and the friendship was very good andbeen there just over month age I enjoyed, the main reason is the sea,and falmouth. The internet at the hotel is ok, it was my computer hadproblems connecting to the internet it had Norton 360 on it and itcannot work with Microsoft sercuity together so I had get rid andinstall norton 360, so good news the internet is working.

Yes I have enjoyed everything a the Lerryn Hotel. I would book the Hotel again if I want to visit Falmouth again. Good value of money. I will visit the Hotel again.

A small friendly hotel in a quiet road just off the coast road. Reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the area although not exactly cheap.
