I booked this hotel for 4 members of my family to attend a family gathering in Haverhill. They could fault nothing apart from the location being on what seemed an industrial estate. The beds were very comfortable. The 24 hour self-service kitchen was welcome. The breakfast was much better quality that they had expected & they would certainly use it again. I was congratulated on making the choice for them!I booked 2 twin rooms.

The light, fresh and welcoming interior accompanied by friendly and efficient staff. A very clean room which was well designed to make the most of the space and with lovely bedding and towels! The hotel’s situation which gave immediate access to the centre of Cambridge whilst having a very pleasant rear view from the breakfast room with views over the large public green of Parkers Piece.

Excellent hotel, with everything you could need. A good base for exploring (or working in) Cambridge. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the place is clearly very well-maintained. Our room was a good size, with fabulous thick towels! Nice and straightforward continental breakfast in the morning, while the bar proved a welcome quiet refuge in the late evening.

The location was excellent for the facilities in Cambridge. There wasalso good facilities within easy walking distance. You could walk nearor far to get reasonable good food and supplies. We stayed in the anex atthe rear of the building was really good and really gave the break thatpersonal touch.

I found the Hotel to be both quiet and the staff unobtrusive and that suited my needs for that particular visit to Cambridge which was simply someone nice and quiet to sleep after going to a show in the City.

Time spent in Cambridge was excellent, very little time spent in accommodation. Staff member actually in the property was very helpful and pleasant, manager to whom we complained was simply complacent.

The staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and the hotel itself was situated not far from cambridge city centre (20-30 mins walk).

Very pleasant over night stay to visit Cambridge University. The hotel was immaculately clean and nicelydecorated. Would definitely stayagain. Excellent value for money.

I liked that the owners live on the premises - this is unfortunately not always the case in Cambridge, as we have discovered. The owners were highly organised, informative and the breakfast was good.

We only stayed one night, we were impressed with our warm greeting, cleanliness, and the lovely breakfast. we have to visit cambridge again for medical reasons and will definately stay at acacia.
