Looks very luxurious and highbrow. The interior was very beautiful. My father with whom I travelled , said that the hotel was of very high standard for a 3 star hotel , and he has travelled a lot around the world , so he knows what is good and bad :) and this hotel is good!.
Bernadette  — 18.7.2011.
This hotel was in perfect location to the Universities and that what i was looking for. it was comfortable staff plesant and no noise not like some hotels where noise levels are loud. It was convenient to St Albans and lots of car spaces.
Clive  — 17.2.2010.
Breakfast was very good and fresh, not the dried up scrambled egg and tired sausage you see in other hotels This is the third year I have used your hotel Not too keen on being in a smoking room (103) regardless of its cleanliness.

Restaurant/Pub had great food. Rooms very hot without airconditioning. No lift so needed to carry baggage upstairs. Expensive cost for wi-fi.Comfortable bed though and good check-in/out times. Friendly reception.Quite basic motel, fair distance from train station (unlike what isadvertised), galleria, and alda, would need a taxi to train station. Nogym. Probably would not stay here again as other hotels in region arethe same price and better located with more facilities.
Sandra  — 27.1.2012.
I would just like to say you have a very valued member of staff whoduring our stay carried out every task possible, I think you should findout who was working on reception that night and reward her with thanksfor looking after your hotel to the best of her ability under verydifficult circumstances.
Margaret  — 2.2.2012.
This hotel was an excellant location for a short walk to University of Hertrfordshire where my daughter was attending. This was convenient. It was expensive by American standards but average by British standards. So although it hurt to pay the price it is a recommendable hotel.

The location is superb Near Hyde park on tube and Queensway has a wide range of shops restaraunts and pubs. the staff were excellent I would recomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to sleep and enjoy the sites of London but dont expect frills.
Anonymous  — 31.12.2010.
It was in a great location, and I would say the price was right for the hotel, in the same weekend I stayed in a cheaper hostel like hotel and a slightly more expensive hotel with better facilities. A perfect medium for the money-savvy traveller yet who wants a great location and something other than the absolute bare minimu.
Cecilia  — 23.4.2011.
We have been staying at this hotel for about ten times and it is a hotel in the area around Qeensway that gives the best value for money. The standard is ordinary for a three-star hotel in the city of London.

London’s proud dock area, rival to The City as a new financial district London was built on its river trade and for centuries masted galleons sailed up the River Thames to deposit their silks, spices, coffee and tea in the city wharves of Rotherhithe. Redeveloped in the 1980s as a rival business district to The City, the Docklands are now booming with the ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre in the Royal Victoria Dock, easy access to London City Airport, the tallest building in Britain (the 800-foot, pyramid-topped Canary Wharf Tower) and Foster’s award-winning Jubilee line tube station. Facing Canary Wharf across the Thames, Rotherhithe (the older docks area) is a fascinating mixture of past and present with luxury riverside apartments separated by medieval smugglers’ inns (the Angel and the Mayflower). Discover them on foot via the Thames Path which stretches from Hilton Docklands to the Tower of London.

The staff are excellent-the hotels decor has seen better days but that would not stop me going again. Breakfast is gorgeous and all the staff have a smile for you and they could teach staff at other hotels a thing or two! We have stayed in some beautiful hotels with awful staff-if you want reasonably priced good quality hotel with great views, great service and a fantastic location then use this hotel. There is a bus service to Canada Water every 15 mins which was great and saved our feet! Oh and the hotel sends emails regarding any possible upgrades before your stay-tick them all you might g.
Lesley  — 5.5.2011.
The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions we had forthem. Liked the location as wewere going to the 02 to see a concert. We were able to get the ferryacross the Thames and then the London Clipper straight to the 02 - amost pleasant way to travel. We would recommend this hotel to anyoneplanning a trip to London as even though it is not in the city centre itis within easy reach of the tube station and the hotel provides a freeshuttle bus to and from the tube.
Karen  — 29.9.2010.
The hotel is ideally situated in London for easy access on the tube tothe o2 arena and all the tourist attractions in London. This is enhancedby the free courtesy bus between the hotel and the Canada Wharf tubestation. The rooms are clean and tidy and again have everythingto make your stay comfortable. I will most certainly stop here againwhen visiting London.

We have been to dozens of hotels in the world, but haven’t experienced anywhere such a lovely staff and willingness to assist in any part of the hotel. The reception and dining room were extremely kind and it was just like they would do anything to make our vacation the greatest. The hotel is located near the Tower Hill tube station and there’s also a Tesco Express right around the corner, which makes it very convenient when you are with kids. A s.

The Hotel was in a very nice, safe area of London and we all had a wonderful time exploring this wonderful city. The Premier Inn was an excellent base located a 5 minute walk from the tube station that allows you to reach almost anywhere in central London within minutes. There is also a Wetherspoons pub across the road from the Hotel and a Tesco Express just around the corner which is great for snacks and drinks for the room at night. The rooms are immaculate and if like us you have kids this is great as some rooms in London you really don’t want to spend much time in them.
