I can quite honestly say nothing, the price was far to high for thestandard of hotel, The reception was like arriving at a hostel it lookedscruffy and quite honestly so were the staff. The breakfast was an experience eating of offhome made hard board tables they could have at least covered them withtable cloths. It was so noisy at the hotel we were offerd ear plugs thatspeaks for it self as it was a huge box he offered over the receptioncounter. The place is very tired and dated and the price of the roomswas far to high, All in all it spoiled.

This was a very conveniently placed hotel that suited our purposes whenattending a wedding in a nearby location. We enjoyed the view of the seafront from our bedroom window and the fact that the promenade was justacross the road from the hotel. We found this hotel to be an excellentcentre for gaining access to both the beach and the shops - the famouslanes. The staff were very helpful when we needed information about thearea and amenities surrounding the hotel.
Aurelie  — 20.5.2010.
Although we did not get to stay at the hotel as our room got flooded (burst pipe), I would recommend it just based on its staff, who were all very helpful in finding us alternative accommodation, despite most hotels seeming to be fully booked this weekend. Every single member of staff we got to speak to was extremely friendly, and the only part of the hotel we saw (the main reception) was nice and clean.

Good thing about Royal Albion Hotel is where it is situated, you couldget a sea view room and Brighton pier is right in front of us if that iswhat you are aimed at. The town centre isalso in short walking distance, so it is very convenient for shoppingtrip and could also find many restaurants around. The hotel itself has akind of "old" feeling to it if you like rusty feeling, if you don’t likemodern hotel (commercial oriented, maybe?), you’d enjoy staying at thishotel. All the staff with whom I.

This landmark hotel is in a lovely location just in front of Brightonpier. The hotel is big and welllooked after with great facilities, even hosting the annual conventionfor Rotary International. They also called us a taxi for thetrain station straight from their hotline and arrived in no time. Verynice hotel indeed!.

As the hotel was economical, I didn’t expect much, but the room was large, airy, clean and in a good condition. The hotel, bar etc, was also very good compared to other hotels I have paid a lot more to stay in, in Brighton and elsewhere. It is a large hotel and I like the anonymity of that, but if you wanted company you could sit with people in the friendly lounge in the evening, and eat there too at a very reasonable rate, if you wanted to.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff in the reception, the bar, the restuarant, were all friendly, attentive, and were ready to help us in any way they possibly could. The hotel is lovely and modern with clean fresh rooms with a wonderful showers! We ate in the hotel restuarant on our first night and could not fault the food. The hotel is ideally placed and the view over the marina from our room, and when we were having breakfast on the decking outside, was lovely. I would ha.

We have stayed 3 times now & each time has just been as amazing as the last. There are restaurants and bars underneath the hotel which are excellent & also the food in the hotel is surperb too. The rooms (as is the hotel) are lovely, bright & airy & just the right place to realx. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone of any age & with families (we took our 4 month old daughter the second time).

Fantastic location (Brighton Marina), new hotel designed as an ocean liner. There is free parkign as well with a bridge that links the hotel t othe car park for convenience. There is also a drop off to the hotel right outside which you can use for 20 mins until you park your car. A lot of thought out into the layout and functionality of this hotel and it was great.

We only stayed for 1 night at this lovely hotel, the room was very comfortable with good standard of bedding, great original features in the room, perfectly located to Brighton which is walkable. I had a very warm welcome on arrival which is just what you expect. The breakfast was excellent and could choose exactly what you wanted. I would definately recommend Seafield.
Anonymous  — 27.3.2011.
The hotel room was a decent size and the bathroom was very big. we were surprised that they had thought to include a double bath tub instead of just a shower cubicle yet even with the tub there was still plenty of room. The breakfast was freshly cooked when we ordered. The addition of a free parking space was an added bonus as well.

Paul  — 29.7.2010.
Having read the reviews on this site, and also on trip advisor I was expecting a bit of a run-down hotel, so much so that I packed sheets and towels in my suitcase! They were not needed- the hotel was a little dated in parts, but on the whole clean and well-maintained. The room had a sea view, and the bathroom was pretty new and very clean. What made the stay perfect was the staff- from the owner/manager, who was such a character, down to the reception and waiting staff, they were all so friendly and personable. It makes such a difference staying somewhere where you feel welcome, and the staf.
Tia  — 1.4.2010.
Our stay in Brighton was made extra special by the staff at this quirky hotel...we were made to feel very welcome and had great fun with the manager and staff. The hotel itself is undergoing re decoration and is admittedly dated in parts but if you are not concerned about having luxury facilities and are more interested in a warm and friendly atmosphere, I would recommend it every time. Clean, fun, great breakfast....most improtantly, lovely people! Thanks to Wayne and the staff!.
