Kalpana and Joseph were such perfect hosts. We arrived after a 7 hourjourney in very miserable weather for a dancing competition. Our welcomewas without a doubt exceptional. We were offered tea on arrival butafter our journey opted for a glass of wine which was on the house. Wehad booked a family room and were offered a choice of two rooms. Roomswere very comfortable and the hotel was very warm and cost. Breakfast onboth mornings was gorgeous and kept us going throughout the day. We willdefinitely be staying here again when in Blackpool. Thank you both sovery much.

I was welcomed into the hotel as if I’d been there many times before; in fact this was my first time. I was offered a complementary hot beverage whilst I was booking in, what a lovely touch. Breakfast was as I ordered, the owner was still trying to offer me more toast ect even though I was full, nothing was too much for him. Rooms are compact but very clean & warm; my room was OK for a solo traveller, plus I was able to get the wireless internet, bonus.

Me and a mate stayed here for the Blackpool v Newcastle utd match and were made welcome as soon as we walked in the doors! The owners were friendly and the free pack of mini eggs was a nice touch too! We were in and out quickly as we needed to get to the pub but I cant fault the place and the location was great too! Breakfast was quality and plenty of food on the plates sorted us out for the day ahead! Top marks to the address, see you next year!
