This hotel is how hotels used to be. The hotel went out of its way to makeus happy and when we had to extend our stay at late notice they took itin their stride. Also, not having to pay your bill before you receivedany kind of service is also as it should be. Great hotel/Great stay.

The Premier Inn Aldershot is quite well situated for everything you needin Aldershot. It is functional, and and typical of the brand. I travel alot on business, and sometimes use Premier inns, but this trip was for afamily get-together.

Room clean, good condition, good breakfast for 8 gbp but room safe notworking (also not working many other rooms), room stuffy, soap dispenserus, tv menu not working (also not working other rooms). This hotel,apart from expensive Hoppa bus, is very isolated and London transport &tube very difficult are not accessably (a mile walk to nearest bus stop)also Wi Fi very expensive (should be free for paying guests).

The hotel is very convenient for Heathrow - I took the bus from the airport and it took about 5 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport (it takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport). Overall, I was quite impressed with the standard, comfortable and clean rooms.

As this is a family-run hotel, they take pride in taking very good careof their guests. Theonly drawback is the 45 minute tube ride into London, but Hounslowitself is an inexpensive neighborhood, full of ethnic [Polish, Turkish]restaurants and shops. Very basic hotel but its what you expect for the price you are paying. Car parking is free and I know that the days hotel down the road costs L15 per night because I am staying there next month for the Navy v Army Rugby (not booked by me). 50 for a all day ticket which you can also use on the bus. Otherwise its around the L10 mark.

Very clean, excellent location being a minute’s walk from theunderground giving access to the whole of London (journey to the centreabout 35 minutes), large car park which was free and the room I wasgiven was of reasonably size with an excellent bathroom and shower witha good supply of toiletries. The staff were very helpful and the areahad a number of supermarkets and restaurants and pubs. It is a budgethotel so do not expect luxury, but, with this in mind, it is excellentvalue for money.

We had a luxury room which was clean and comfortable. Location was so so and although the B&B was a bit out of the way, it was fairly easy to get into London via bus and tube, taking approx 45 mins in total. It would be an advantage if there was more information for guests on how to get into London and about the Oyster card system (essentially a bus/tube pass). Parking was safe and secure.

This B&B is very close to Heathrow, making it an excellent,inexpensive choice for arrivals or departures. We were able to park our rental car in asecure location for the night beforeleft the London Area. The hosts werefriendly and helpful; they double-checked that our return booking wascorrect before we left. Breakfast was plentiful.

The Cottage Guest House is an excellent price this is one of the factors that attracted me to book the hotel. Our room was separate to the hotel on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again as long as the price is right.

Professional and highly efficient staff, good size car park, room was spacious and there has obviously been significant recent investment upgrading the ensuite bathrooms. The garden area is a nice touch for an inner London hotel although our room actually faced onto the road at the back of the hotel. Generally, a good all-round choice in a quiet residential area.

The Hotel was ok - location nice - and the room clean. However we didexperience a problem - in that the deadlock jammed leaving us locked inand trapped in our first floor bedroom. I had to leave early on theSunday morning for a sporting event (the reason for being there) and hadto resort to climbing out of the window and down a ladder provided bythe very helpful (but elderly) night porter. On returning to the hotel Iwas assured by the assistant manager that on the next working day Iwould be contacted by the Hotel Manager with a formal apology etc - butto date over 10 days later I have heard n.

The Park Hotel is excellent for its location. We went to TeddingtonStudios and the hotel was 2 mins from the train station, 5 mins from thehigh street with an ample supply of restaurants / bars and 15 mins fromTeddington Studios; therefore no taxis required. The Hotel accommodationitself was very roomy and comfortable with an ample supply of tea/coffeeand milk!!!! Excellent value for money and will definitely returnif/when necessary.

The hotel is in a relatively quite area - we had a walkdown to Teddington lock & there are plenty of pubs & resturants near by,including a Pizza express it you unadventurous! First i aqsk to send a taxi to collect me from airport they never send me. i pay 134pound for a taxi to drop me to the hotel and when i complain to the white fat guy he say i should phone to book. so the email i sent is useless. no breakfast and i ask the housekeeper to clean and i need 1 extra towels they never gave me ,i stay 3 nights in this hotel must say better stay in a hoster you get best service my room was never service i was surprise to choose this hotel again no never and i dont advice people to choose cheap hotel better you pay 4 time more expensive you get a better welcome you’ll.

It was genius design- it’s like being on an easyjet flight but withoutthe engine noise. Genius. Its very very basic and you pay extra for everything (parking, tv remote, coffee, towel changes etc) but if like me all you need is somewhere comfortable to sleep for a night its brilliant. If it was central London it could be opened as a concept hotel for the (easy)jet set.

Your price offers at the entrance of the hotel are misleading. The hotel was ok for what I needed, no frills. However people from next door left the hotel very early and I could hear all their movements. The rooms need more soundproofing.
