Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, we were given free upgrade to larger room due to special offer. The hotel is very central for shopping, dining and nightlife. The breakfast was superb and well worth the inclusive price we paid when booking. Overall we had no complaints and would definitly recommend a stay here when visiting Aberdeen city.
Hugh  — 15.10.2010.
The hotel is at the top end of 4*, lacking only adequate car parking facilities (which could be overcome by reaching some accommodation with ACC in respect of use of the Chapel St CP). The staff, however, lift the hotel to another level with their friendly, helpful and accommodating attitude. A special mention to Gary in the dining room, who helped out when kilt stockings were required.
Jane  — 26.1.2011.
Hotel staff very helpful. Staff eventually found a parking space for us in hotel garden and waived internet fee.

We have been visiting my daughter regularly during her 4 yrs at university in Aberdeen. Over the years we have stayed in various hotels in the city. Everything about it was fantastic; it offered so much more space and comfort than a standard hotel room, large flat screen tv in lounge and another in bedroom, free internet connection, i-pod docking station etc. There was private off road parking which was a real bon.
Christine  — 10.11.2010.
I love the independence that Serviced accommodation can give - we wereable to make use of the extremely modern kitchen facilities, cook ameal, listen to music whilst using the wi-fi available to surf the net. However I also would like to say that I usually travel on my own - asingle lady - I do not relish eating in a crowded restaurant on my own -to be able to cook the food that I wish and eat in the comfort of my ownaccommodation is extremely important to me and means that I would chooseserviced accommodation over a hotel any time.
Kerry  — 20.4.2010.
Having never used any accomodation except hotels I was extremelyimpressed with Rosemount. Ialso loved that there had been milk left for us in the fridge. I canhappily say I will never stay in a hotel again when I visit Aberdeen, there is no comparison, amazing value and an excellent location. Thanksyou for making our stay even more enjoyable!.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights We found it to be very reasonable as it was so close to the city centre. It is opposite the bus and train station. There is a new Union Square shopping centre there now so it is bustling with shoppers! we found the room to be very clean, the staff extremley helpful. there are no lockers in the bus station, but the hotel let us leave our bags there after we had booked out! We had breakfast each morning which was delicious! Kept us going till lunch!.
Mandy  — 22.8.2010.
The hotel staff were really friendly we ate in the hotel this was really convenient we got 10% off as residents and the food and wine were excellent. We went back to the hotel bar for drinks, there was live music which was great and the bar felt more like a pub than a hotel which I prefer. All in all really good value with breakfast included in the price the hotel. I can only describe the hotel as WIP as far as the rooms go but really good to stay at and it will get better.

First of all I’d like to praise my stay at the hotel, this was the first time I’d ventured to Aberdeen & the experience was made far easier by the brilliant Ronetta. She was extremely friendly & willing to help, offering good advice on where to go shopping & various good pubs & clubs to go to at night, a credit to the hotel. Highly recommended :).

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all!My room was under what the hotel staff called the main walkway to their bar that was next to the hotel, all I could hear from the moment I got into my room at 7pm was loud thudding music!it was terrible and when I went to ask the hotel staff if I was staying under a nightclub!they answered with yes the music will stop at 12!!!I could not beleave it!!I was on business in Aberdeen and needed to be in bed before 12. The windows only had blinds up which kept no light out at all and in the morning it was a DIY breakfast!. It was the worst hotel I have ever.
Anonymous  — 6.6.2010.
A really nice hotel in a central location - only downside was that it was a Saturday night and unless you were out clubbing until 4am this is maybe not the place to stay at a weekend. From 4am until approx 6am all we had was shouting, banging doors and swearing - if I wanted to be up at this time I would have stayed at home with the baby. This was not the hotels fault and if I had a need to stay in Aberdeen during the week I would have no problems with staying here again.

Enjoyed the stay there. Staff were friendly and helpful. 2-Roomapartments were great, highly recommended for 2-4 people. Single roomswere average. Location was great. Some people on the website said thatit was noisy at night. Felt it was ok for city centre. Wasn't toodisturbed by it. Food was below average for breakfast. No hot foodbesides toast. Croissant and crepe and waffle were all packaged stuff. That was the only downside of the whole stay. There's a bar next to itwhere you get 25% off if you're staying in the hotel. Food was aboveaverage there. On the whole, would DEFINITELY stay there if I ever go back to Aberdeen (provided the price is the same!).
