On top of everything I must say the owners of Hotel Pamukkale wereamazingly friendly. What they offered were exactly what we needed, nothing less. The room was the most clean among all the hotels I stayedwith on my trip to Turkey and the shower/washroom facilities were justgood. Momma cooked wonderful Turkish cuisine and we had to eat threemeals all at their restaurants - nowhere else was more interesting ormore attractive. I must mention that the location was extremely close tothe Travertines, just a short walk of 8 minutes or so under the brightsun. Plus, there was a small swimming pool (very clean, too) in thehotel to cool down. All in all, an absolutely pleasant stay at HotelPamukkale and I would recommend anyone to stay at there.

The hotel has quite a reputation on booking.com but overall I believethe ratings are exaggerated. The hotel rooms are immaculate to be surebut the food was average at best (french fries buried underneath astewed eggplant mezes and more oil than egg breakfast omelets are notwhat I consider good food). When we arrived the lady owner immediatelywanted our passports for fear that we would leave...the photos of therooms are accurate but that is it. The hotel itself is inside a gravelcompound with campers parked inside and overlooking a trash-filledfield. Depressing! Unless you are gung ho on living a developing worldexperience it would probably be better to stay at a moreexclusive/expensive hotel.

What isn't there to like. I loved absolutely everything about this hostel. Great staff, clean rooms, awesome breakfast, close to everything like the travertines and it's got a great, friendly atmosphere. It seemed like everyone who stayed at Pamukkale, stayed at the Yoruk. It's right next to the dolmus stop and the manager, Anna, was a great source of local info - especially about getting around to different Turkish towns and places to eat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Artemis Yoruk Hotel definitely lives up to it's hype.

Highlights: Very friendly and helpful staff, indoor pool was very clean and much enjoyed by our children, within walking distance to Hieropolis, although hotel is a bit tired and old it represented great value for money - will highly recommend to friends

This hotel feels just like the Turkey we visited 25 years ago rather than the all inclusive holiday hotspots which seem to have taken over on the coast. Very relaxing hotel and perfect position from which to explore Pamukkale.

Hasan Ali & His Family Feel Like Old Friends. We have stayed at the Dort Mevsim on a few occasions and we love it there. We are always made to feel so welcome, the food is excellent, prices are very reasonable and the staff are really helpful. We always visit Pamukkale on our visits to Turkey & Hasan Ali always provides us with free transport from the bus station or airport and drives us up into the hills in the evening to look over the breath taking views of Pamukkale & the surrounding mountains. We are always met on arrival by the entire family & staff and given welcome drinks. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable and it is in a quiet location so there isn't any noise form traffic or other people, it's such a peaceful place. The hotel is within short walking distance from the town centre of Pamukkale and it is only a few minutes drive from the City of Denizli where all of the transport links are located. Whether you're a family or a back packer, this place has somethin

We liked not only the hotel but its facilities, food and the staff. Therooms were very nice. We had dinner at the resort both nights we stayed;not only it was cheap it was quite delicious. We had a great timechatting with the hotel owners as they were very friendly. Although wearrived towards midnight, they helped us to get a great tour the nextday. The pool was also clean and very nice. It uses the thermal water sothat was very relaxing and convenient. The fact that they had internethelped too. The biggest plus was how quiet it was in the room, so wewere rejuvenated during our stay as we usually have issues with noise athotels and B&Bs we stay at. Overall it was above and beyond ourexpectations and was a great vacation for us!
