The first room that we were given was in the attic with a very small roof light. Felt very claustrophobic. Asked for another room and was immediately given a much better room. Hotel could not be better positioned.

A comfortable stay in a very good City centre location with most helpful staff. A very good value menu and an elegant entrance hall.

Comfortable, clean and excellent value. Large, well appointed room with double bathroom. Hotel is in esay reach of the monumental area of Zamora and has ample, secure parking. Ideal for any visit to this historical city.

The location is fantastic. While the Hotel provides parking facilities,we were also able to find street parking nearby. Staff at the hotel arereally friendly and helpful.

The location is right in the middle of the old town of Zamora. We came directly from the Parador at Lerma to Zamora, so it was a bit of a let down. Parador de Zamora is just ok, nothing special. It would be better is summer if you could use the pool and the inside courtyard which was shut off when we there.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated palace in a great location overlooking a medieval stone bridge over the river Duoro. Service was excellent on both arrival and departure. Be sure to ask what events are happening in the town as soon as you arrive. Everything is within easy walking distance.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable; the staff friendly and helpful. It was useful but not necessary to be able to speak some Spanish. Zamora ia a charming and interesting small city and the Parador is right in the centre of the old town, near the river and within easy walking distance of all the main sights.
