Situated in Siguenza, Parador De Siguenza is close to Siguenza Castle, Plaza Mayor, and Siguenza Cathedral. Parador De Siguenza has a restaurant on site. The castle containing the Parador de Siguenza hotel dominates the skyline from its location at the highest point of the town, presiding over its historical and artistic heritage. When we first caught sight of the castle it evoked a sharp intake ofbreath. It was massive and loomed over the surrounding countryside. Whenwe arrived there we were no less impressed as the castle was beautifullypreserved and very attractive internally. The reception staff wereefficient but lacked warmth and gave the impression that dealing withguests was at best tiresome and possibly rather beneath them. Bycontrast the bar and restaurant staff were absolutely delightful andcouldn't do enough to be helpful. The little mediaeval town immediatelyoutside the castle was a gem to and we found a wonderful fine diningrestaurant where the food was delicious and the proprietor and chefexcelled in customer care and the quality of food even adapting the menuto my wife's preference.

Nice and authentic hotel with friendly staff, great atmosphere, greatrestaurant and tv room, fine location just on the 'rambla' of Ciguenza,close to several other fine restaurants and tapas bars, good parkingfacilities
