1. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don’t like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.

Staff were friendly and efficient, we had a lovely suite with a small sitting room, comfortable bedroom and small terrace. There was a nice Continental breakfast and the hotel had nice views of the countryside to the north of Segovia.

The hotel was located very close to the Plaza Mayor but was away from the main tourist area. Hotel is close to historic center and walkable to sites in Segovia. Free WiFi was nice plus.

The most impressive feature of our stay at this hotel was the warmth of the welcome given by Sebastian at reception and his willingness to spend time giving advice both about visiting Segovia and about Avila, his home city and the next stop on our trip. Equally warm was his collegue Samuel and his advice about restaurants in Segovia was helpful. The standard of their spoken English was amongst the highest we have encountered in our many stays in hotels in Spain. The hotel itself is modern in style has comfortable rooms with good wifi access.

The hotel location enabled us the best planning of our time frame inSegovia. Going to sleep and getting up with the amazing Aqueduct at ourfinger tips embedded our memories to stay with us for lifetime. Thereceptionist, though hardly speaking other language than Spanish, didher best to assist and guide and gave us excellent service. What elsecan an Hotel accept as critics, other than saying we would gladlyrecommend it to our friends as a great deal.

Very new, clean, modern hotel. Very quiet, and a short walk to all theactivities in the city center of Segovia, plus a spectacular view of theaqueduct, especially from the third floor viewing area. Staff was veryhelpful and friendly. Heartily recommend this hotel.

This was such a find! Our group was delighted in the hotel which had themost charming lounge/breakfast room. We could easily see all the sitesin Segovia from the location. The staff was extremely helpful when wehad any questions or problems.

It was like a 1920s time warp, virtually untouched since Spain’s belleepoque, with antique furniture and landscape paintings. The views are exceptionalacross the meseta, the hotel being high up on a rock. The hotel callsitself a casino, and although there’s no blackjack or roulette, thereare plenty of old-timers playing cards and chess, and the names ofthese members are posted on the noticeboard for all to see. It’sobviously a venue for Rotary-type clubs which go there for a large,leisurely lunches.

We reserved rooms with a view and the view was amazing. The town was charming, the shopping excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk the main plaza,slightly longer to aquaducts. I would highly recommend this hotel andthis city to anyone traveling to Spain.

Central location, very nice hotel, room was private with ensuite bathroom,clean and comfortable, staff helpful, had locker space to leave my luggage after I checked out, room was quiet in spite of being on a main street, good value. Would highly recommend it. Segovia was one of the most beautiful small towns I stayed in. Great sightseeing.

Good location. A quite street and tucked lower part of Segovia. The Hotel is newly restored, clean, very nicelydone with typical Spanish design and deco. You canwalk from the parking lot, if you do not want to deal with drivinginto the old city.

This is a real gem of a hotel with a very wonderful staff. It is in alovely 15th century palace that still retains it historic character. Ourluggage did not arrive and the hotel staff took the initiative to callthe airline to check on the status for us. Wonderful service and a verytranquil location close to all of the historic sites.

It is a lovely characterful hotel, in a tastefully converted palace in avery good location within walking distance of the major attractions ofthe medieval town. The staff were very charming and helpful.

And our room was really comfortable too, with a little balcony anda very spacious power shower in the private bathroom.

Very good location in the city center, very close to the Plaza Mayor and aqueducto. Nice artistic decoration of the rooms. Good airco. Miguel, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. There are buses with running engines in front of the hotel, but with closed windows you hardly notice them. So all together: much value for the money. Recommended !
