Not quite 4 star but since we paid a bargain rate then we couldn'tcomplain. Good to have a seperate bedroom, so plenty of space to movearound and plentgy of wardrobe space. Kitchen area had basic equipment -Spanish hotels do not provide kettles so we always travel with our own!Beds comfortable. Reception staff grumpy on arrival but very pleasant ondeparture. Huge balcony with good side sea view.

The Location was right next to the beach, there was a supermarket rightacross the road and there were lots of restaurants around the area. Therestaurant in the hotel served a buffet dinner every night which wasquite reasonable and looked very nice. While I didn't dine there myselfit seemed to be very popular with the other residents in the complex.The appartments were lovely and very comfortable. A microwave in theappartment would have been the icing on the cake. There was a beautifulview of the sea from our appartment and the staff were very helpful.

Relaxed atmosphere with unobtrusive staff. Aparthotel space with a kitchenette lounge separate from bedroom. The design of the hotel with it´s large internal courtyard a great feature. Most rooms appear to have good sea views over pleasant garden and or pool areas. Pleasant restaurant area with easy self service facilities. It was a return visit which in it self says something. Location could not be better for a relaxed break. For families with young children there appeared to be excellent play facilities which kept youngsters out of sight of older couples like ourselves and must have been a boon for parents! A return in the future for a third long weekend is a possibility.

Having been renovated earlier in the year was modern looking (but by IKEA) and was therefore very bright and clean. Two double beds in the room, very comfortable.

The view was brilliant although we did not reserve a sea view we still benefitted from a partial view overlooking the pool from room 325.The bedroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was extremely good and we liked the fact that you were able to eat up to 11.00 am this enabled us to miss the rush.

I got a deal on a room from 215 euros to 65 euros and im afraid i thought 65 was too much for the room and breakfast, the breakfast was poor, the room was not of the quality it should of been for 215 euros and i felt cheated, but i enjoyed my stay, staff were nice and location was good, i think they made a mistake with the room ,.

A return visit for us to this modern hotel overlooking the beach. Very quiet, very comfortable, very clean, in fact we couldn’t fault it and will definitely use this hotel again. Also a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Good choice at the buffet breakfast.

A friendly, comfortable hotel positioned in a quiet,residencial area on the seafront between the port area of Roquetas and Aguadulce. At the time we went, there was plenty of free parking just outside the hotel which was an added bonus. Most of the other guests were Spanish which we liked as this added to our experience. The reception staff spoke some English.

The hotel was excellent value for money and we had a good room with twoqueen size beds. The meals were all buffet style but quite acceptablethere was always a decent choice however in keeping with this style fodcould have been hotter!Only drawback is the location as most hotels arenow in the newer part of Roquetas but this hotel is right on the beachand only a short pleasant walk to the port area. Choice ofrestaurants/bars close to hotel are therefore limited but all in all wewere delighted with the hotel and its vfm.

We were transfered to the sister hotel Zoraida gardens which was really excellent. Good walks along the promenade, Spanish Tapas bars, excursions.

The Fenix Apartamentos is close to the shops; beach, & bars. The staff are very helpful, & the everything is kept spotlessly clean, including the apartments. I would definitly recomend Fenix Apartamentos, and look forward to staying there again.

it turned out to be an ok stay however taking the time to check the rooms are totally ready would be good, as we had no towels and had to queque for ages to tell someone.

We had an apartment which was great! It was like a little flat witheverything that you need for living. We stayed there just 2 nights andwe didn't come for a vacation in Roquetas de Mar so we didn't use mostof it's advantages. I think it's a perfect place to stay a week or moreand very cheap. You can cook, you don't have to pay restaurants andthings like that.

The apartment for 2 adults was only 30 euros a night. For this rate itis excellent value. It's my third stay here and I see they are beginningsome renovation work. The rooms are newly painted and the kitchenimproved.We didn't use the hotel facilities but the pool and tenniscourts looked very clean and well maintained.It's a great place to meetup and spend a weekend with friends without spending too much.
