The location is very good if you plan to go to Val de Nuria by the train or drive to Queralbs. The room was clean. However, our room was facing the street and a bit noisy. We could also hear the guests from the upper floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel which was good and again the service was good.

Hotel was conviniently located to access the Val de Nuria railway. Room was of good size and clean. The hotel is placed in a nice environment in phe pyrenees.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. We were doing a two day hikein the area and staying in the hotel on the second night. They werehappy with us to leave luggage with them the day before we checked in,which was great. They were also extremely helpful once we were stayingat the hotel.

The owners of the hotel are very helpful and nice. The localization on the hotel is beautiful, in front of the river, and in the basement there is a "bonfire" that kept us warm. The hotel is very clean as well. There is also a swimming pool in the back of the hotel, very nice! And there was a Christmas decoration, very beautiful.

The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s a family runhotel and everybody was nice and kind. We stayed there just one night but we enjoyedalmost everything. I wish we could stay longer and take a walk in thetown itself.
