We could not fault the hotel in anyway. The room we had was fantasticand the all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The helpfulness of the staff made up for the poor quality of the hotel. Missed being able to make a drink in our room, but this is usual in european hotels I believe. A kettle was eventually produced for some friends of ours which helped. The staff were very good.

The hotel is a 10 min drive from centre of pontevedra and poio. ITs veryclean and very quiet as in the countryside with the vineyards! Thepeople who own the hotel are very lovely and try to help whereverpossible. The hotel is very clean and good value for money

When The hotel was booked I didn't know what to expect and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved the friendliness and warmth of the owners and although the hotel is not in the city of pontevedre we preferred the hillside setting...and being close to other towns on the coast....particularly Combarro.
