As we have been coming to this hotel for some years now it is very good to receive a very friendly welcome from the staff. We enjoyed the food more this year than past.

Roof-terrace is wonderful. I like historical hotels. Nice. Parking at the hotel was very good for us.

The hotel was really impressive, with original art on the walls, a peaceful interior courtyard and lots of nice touches like tea and cake on an afternoon and sherry before dinner. The staff were all really helpful and were happy to iron a shirt for us because they didn’t have an iron in the bedroom.

Stayed at the Palacio for 3 nights of an eight night visit to Mallorca. Loved the whole ambience of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Oh yes they even parked our rental car for us though there was a charge for parking but worth it in a city where parking is difficult.

I recommended this hotel, very kind and helpful staff, nice and clean room with air conditioning and TV, great choose of food, very nice garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and part for children games. Sea is just 10min to walk.

The Hotel was very clean and well looked after , good sized swimming pool, rooms are quite small but more than adequate for what we were looking for on a short break. Location is good 10min walk to beach and in a quiet are but close to all ammenities.

It is definitely no luxury, but everything functions, warm water, good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the beach. Cannot afford to complain, because it is a very cheap and surely worth expenses.

Staff were excellent- very helpful and friendly. Given the price, breakfast and facilities were more than could be expected (pool, internet), room was basic but clean, and had good en-suite and balcony. Very short walk from beach, restaurants and shops and easily reached from the airport by public transport.
