Staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean, it is on the outskirts of Palencia with very easy access to and from. Ideal for the Santanda Ferry - 2 hour easy drive with petrol stop.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway and parking is available. The receptionist was very helpful and the room was clean, although it overlooked waste ground at the back of the hotel. We stayed during a holiday in Spain so the restaurant was closed for dinner.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean, it is on the outskirts of Palencia with very easy access to and from. Ideal for the Santanda Ferry - 2 hour easy drive with petrol stop.

Pleasant kindly staff who tok care in trying to understand any lack of spoken Spanish. Well situated hotel. Nice and warm in room. Safety of secure parking.

We had problems with our motorcycle and the staff were so willing tohelp us out. The hotel was an ideal location for the towns facilities,it was also ideal for access to the route to leave town.

Used the hotel as an overnight stop between Algarve and Bilbao. City centre, easy access to main road north. Central city location - restaurant closed on Sunday evening but had excellent meal in bar. Room quiet and comfortable.

The beds were amongst the most comfortable we had in Europe. Outstandingly helpful staff. Tightness of parking isn’t really an issue as the receptionist directs you into the space. Street parking is almost impossible so pay for a hotel space.

This hotel was great. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover we were soclose to the access road for Santander. (No satnav needed!) We willdefinitely stay there again. Secure parking was excellent.

Very new, well appointed and smart hotel with modern facilities, closeto the town centre, bars and restaurants, and close to the motorway. Rooms werespacious and clean with wi-fi facilities and an excellent selection oftoiletries. The bar closes at 4pm on Sundays but is open normal hoursthe rest of the week. We used the hotel during transit between southernSpain and the Santander ferry to which it is a 2 hour journey and wouldcertainly use it again.
