Fonda Cal Blasi (FCB) is in the heart of the medeival city of Mont Blanc, about two hours by car southwest of Barcelona. There are significant mountains (up to 1,000 meters high) and a large wine region (Conca de Barbera) nearby. FCB is a nine room B&B set in a 19th century townhouse owned and operated by Carlos and Carma. The room we had was spacious, well appointed and meticulously clean with a wonderful patio/balcony. The decor was authentic, traditonal style catalonian, with great Wi-Fi! Carlos and Carma are truly wonderful hosts, without intruding too much. The room comes with a breakfast prepared by Carla, and dinner is also available. The food was so good, we ate dinner at the Hotel all three nights we were there. Carlos was very helpful setting up a great day of touring (by car) the incredible mountain villages in the area-- some rival the best we've seen in Italy and Spain--and arranging visits to local wineries.

This was a very charming hotel with a lot of personality, including the owners. They were both very helpful and warm natured. We had a great room on the top floor, very clean and homey feel to it. We ate in their quaint little restaurant that she prepared like you were part of the family. The food was very good, but a little pricey; 40 euros for dinner for two, no drinks included. The breakfast was good, and served to you, no buffet and no self service. Free parking was available and only 5 minutes from the hotel.

Hosts Carles and Carmine are wonderful! Their small hotel is charmingand their service warm and attentive. It is clear they love to welcomevisitors to their village of Montblanc. The hotel is very clean, nicelydecorated and an added bonus is the option to eat a home-cooked Catalandinner by Carmine, with Carles the gracious host (extra cost). Breakfast(included) was a treat!

What a beautiful place to stay!! Apartments are amazing; the owners aregreat If you talk about hospitality then you find here the best in theworld. It’s all about enjoying, making the visitors happy and of coursethe area is beautiful as well. No disappointments here, it’s the bestyou can get. If there is a disappointment then it is the table tennisskills of the owner! Don’t forget to make a picture after the game; itlooks like he lost all his fortune! We planed to have diner one night atMas Carlons, at the end we did all nights because it was so delicious.Are we coming back? Yes of course!! Life is good at Mas Carlons. Monica, the owner, was very welcoming - along with the official"welcoming committee" of two golden retrievers. She was also so veryhelpful in recommending just the right restaurants that would suit us,and even took the time to call a few of them because we arrived the dayafter a long 4-day holiday weekend in the rain, and many of therestaurants were closed. Breakfast was superb - fruit, yoghurt, homemadejams, rustic bread, a selection of sausages, eggs to order if you wantedthem, juice, coffee and tea selection.

We chose this location to break up a long drive across Spain. The hotelwas fine for an overnight spot, but I wouldn't especially recommend fora longer stay. Free street parking was convenient.

Hotel location is very good, close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Good facilities (parking, free wifi in the lobby, nice children playground). Breakfast was ok for a 3* hotel, better than expected. They tend to organize evening events near the pool - it’s nice if you don’t plan to get out.

The Hotel was very good value for money, with very helpfull andfriendly staff, food was very good with a nice selection at every meal. we would certainly go to this hotel again. The location is great forthe beach and not far from the station cleanliness and comfort in therooms was spot on.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family in Salauris Palace. They were also the friendliest of all the staff in the hotel. I usedthe bike hire which was great. Breakfast was great variety fantastic.

This is a lovely hotel catering mostly for families, although there were quiet a lot of older people staying. The location is good and the staff are very attentive and polite at all times. The pool is a good size and includes a jacussi. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I will definately go back again.

Good position for Portaventura and the beach/restaurants in Salou. Lots of shops nearby. Friendly staff, modern and clean hotel, lovely pool. About 10 min stroll to beach.

Have stayed in these apartments several times before as they are inthe perfect location for us, handy for the beach and the eveningentertainment we require. Having the use of a washing machine in theapartment is great, though those who are well proportioned may findusing the toilet a bit of a squash. There is no maid service so youdon’t feel that you have to be fully dressed if you are having alazy morning.

The photos of these apartment do them no justice at all. There is a small bar on site but it is very close to a large selection of resturaunts. Staff were very helpful and booked our airport transfer for us. The balcony was so big we could have had a party for 20 people.

Very central, over the road is the beach good supermarket around the corner and apartment has washing machine and iron and ironing board,great for family holidays.
