The check-in was fast, the price as booked, and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Handy for a stop off on route to Bilbao. The journey time to the port isonly about an hour.

We got there late in the evening, spent 3 minutes at the front door, got to our room and everything was perfectly prepared. This is a great place for people just passing by the area.

The location is perfect, just in the center of Vitoria, close to shops and old city center. The decoration is of halls, entrance and room is really overdone and a mixture of very different styles. If you ignore this, the room was clean and very spacious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
