Metropol Miraflores is a fine stylish modern hotel, with undergroundparking facilities (10 euros a night), which is often a necessity inSpain when traveling with a car. The town of Miraflores is an appealinglittle mountain resort, with lots of restaurants and bustling outdoorterraces to enjoy life just an hour away from Madrid.

Staff very helpful. Ask for a room on the back as the view is fantastic,right down over the plain .a very restful weekend break. The town ofMiraflores was very interesting with many old squares and lots of goodbars and restaurants where many people were eating outside due to theexcepionally warm weather. A good ,reliable bus service too, right tothe centre of Madrid.

The owners are very nice people. They made us feel welcome and were verykind to our children, especially. The food is good, the rooms arecomfortable, and the location is perfect--right on a pedestrian areawith shops and restaurants in a picturesque town.

It is my 10 th time staying at the melia castilla and it never fails toimpress. When I requested a late check out I was given 4 pm straightaway with no mystery or extra charges. the breakfast is excellent andthere is choice for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel toany travellers to madrid.

From the moment we arrived we were treated excellently. We didn’t eat in the hotel, as we had booked room only, thereis a breakfast bar just around the corner, and we had dinner in the cityevery evening. We weresuprised to get this hotel for more or less the same price as anappartment for 5 people. It is close to the met.

Location was excellent with bus station and metro station being just opposite to the hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. There was no shortage for any amenities. The service I got was very much satisfactory.

Very modern facility. There is a grocefy just infront of the hotel. Also, just 500meters away are restaurants,pizza store etc. Hotel is clean.

The hotel is very close to Tetuan Metro station. It only took 15 minutesto sol Metro station. This was a plus if you want to be in a quieterpart of town than compared to plaza mayor area. No complaints from thishotel hopper.

Decent size apartment and the ability to self-cater was just the ticket for a week’s stay in Madrid. Reception staff very helpful. Good supermarket only 3 blocks away. Very close to Metro and only 10-15 mins into the centre.

Was not expecting such an amazing hotel for the price I have paid. Had dinner once that was really good and the same price you would pay in any normal restaurant in Madrid.

All the hotel’s facilities are extraordinary for the prive. Of course it is a 4-star Hotel but they go beyond this classification. I can certainly recommend it. The location is perhaps a bit off the city’s nightlife, but it’s in an upscale residential area with plenty of public transportation options, right next door.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time whilst staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was kept very clean and tidy by the chambermaids. The metro station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, then 20 minute ride into Sol. The hotel didn’t offer much information on things to do whilst you are in Madrid, such as leaflets and maps, we had to go to the information point in Sol to get that.

Nice and clean hotel in a safe and pleasant residential neighbourhood of northern Madrid. Despite being quite far from city centre, underground station (Pinar de Chamartin) is just a 6-7 mins walk from the hotel and has 2 different lines, so it is very easy to get everywhere in the city in 15-20 mins. Nearby the hotel there are several bars or restaurants (inside 5 mins walk) if you don’t like eating or having breakfast at the hotel. If you don’t mind not being.

It was perfect for us. This hotel was close the the station and priced well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took the taxi to the station (15 minutes) and enjoyed our 2 day experience in Madr.
