The location of this hotel was perfect. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. We did request a double room and was disappointed that we had twin beds, very disappointing considering it was a surprise for my partners birthday. The staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast again basic but this is much the same in any European Hotel. The main plus side was the location, behind the busy and more expensive Santa Ana this location is perfect. Hotel very quiet with the double glazing and that is even with our room at the front overlooking the small square. Apparently a quiet room.

Our second stay at this hotel. It’s location close to the centre of Sol is excellent. Comfortable walking distance to many attractions and Metro nearby. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The entrance foyer and reception areas very modern and elegant. Many of the rooms have a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a very good and easy to use safe in the bedrooms. The breakfast is a basic continental with cereals, bread and rolls plus one type of processed cheese and ditto ham. Good choice of teas. We have family in Madrid and will no doubt stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, and more helpful and morecourteous. And the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of twolively squares with tons of activity and restaurants and Madrid life.
