The hotel is located approximately five minutes from the local Metrostation, which is good as all the main sights in Madrid are accessibleusing this. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, they werewilling to help us with any questions we had. On arrival we had a widerange of floors/rooms to choose from, which took a while as they alllooked fantastic. Overall, we were over the moon with this choice ofhotel and would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking tospend time in Madrid.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The design of the hotel is exceptional and part of the enjoyable experience of staying at the hotel. Each floor has been designed by a different (renowned) architect, and the whole place has this easy feeling of calmness, whilst being probably the hippest hotel on the planet. (if it is still cool to use that word :).
