The Young lady on the Reception (early evening) when we arrived on 14th September 2010 was very helpful and friendly, the young waitress who was in the dining room for the buffet breakfast was very attentive and is a credit to the Company, she remembered what we liked for our breakfast and was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. The Hotel was fine, I wouldn’t call it a luxury hotel, but for a short stay was adequate. Although the furniture is considered to be modern, I feel that it could do with a little attention. Otherwise we had a good stay and would return again should we fi.

Great value for money. Excellent location with a metro station right outside the hotel. Madrid’s metro is very easy to use and clean. The metro can also get you to and from the airport quite easily. Staff were very friendly and the room was modern and tidy.
