I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room waslovely and very clean and the facilities were very good. We had a lovelyview of the sea, and I would recomend this hotel to friends andcolleagues.

I was very late arriving (2am) and got incrediablly lost. The hotelstaff waited up for me to arrive and when I called to say I was lost andcouldn’t find the hotel he drove around the town trying to find me -twice! You really couldn’t have asked for better service. Also thebreakfast was fantastic.

The hotel had recently been refurbished downstairs (lobby, dining room,bar etc) and it was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff of thehotel were - without exception - extremely pleasant, helpful and weremore than happy to help us with suggestions of places to eat, localtrips to take and so on. The bedrooms, although not refurbished at thesame time as the downstairs of the hotel, were clean and comfortable,and overall our stay at this hotel was very good value for money as wellas being a very pleasant experience. I would be happy to return.

We chose this hotel whilst we were looking for property in the area. The Hotel looks as if it has been refurbished as ithas very pleasant modern furniture and gives a very clean, fresh look. It is also very close to a park and the beach is very close too. Wouldstay here again.

In a very central location close to shops pubs and restaurants yet not too far from the beach. Had a brilliant 3 day holiday - the staff and service was excellent.

The Hotel was more than I expected a warm welcome, friendly staff, clean rooms, which were well decorated. The cafeteria/bar was an added bonus for a snack if a full restaurant meal wasnt required. The ground floor refurbishment was really well done. We had a really enjoyable stay.

The staff were very welcoming,the hotel decor was relaxing and modern,and the location was good the rooms were warm and a good size we wouldcertainly stay there again if we go back to the area,and would recommendit to friends and family,we did not eat in the hotel,so not able tocomment on it

For a 2 star Hotel, this one punched well above that. Spotless rooms with free: sea views, fridge, safe and internet (not wi-fi except in the lobby, but a cable is provided); and a hotel bar with non-hotel prices combined with friendly and helpful staff, and the proximity to good restaurants, made this one of our most pleasant hotel stays we ever had. Due to new buildings in Guardamar, a few rooms do not have full sea views, To be certain of a sea view, ask for a fourth floor room.

The apartment was fine but we were left with a map to find it. Onleaving we were accused of stealing the tv !!!! The man said we could’nthave out deposit back -after a very stressfull time he did give us itback. I will not be staying there ever again. It ruined our holiday.
