Hotel has a convention with aGuarded Parking lying 50meters from hotel. Price/quality isvery good. In the event I’ll travel back to Gran canaria I’ll stayagaing there.

Excellent location, probably the best in the whole Gran Canaria, in theheart of Las Palmas with all the major shopping malls and especially ElMuelle with great places to eat and hang out at night! And Las Canterasstrand is a very short walk away. Modern design with a lot ofpersonality, not the usual trashy tourist hotel you get in the south ofGran Canaria. Very nice room, very comfortable bathroom. The pool on thelast floor is awesome for a bit of relax.

Hotel AC Gran Canaria is beatiful hotel with very good location. 5 minutes by foot to Las Canteras Beach, 5 minutes to city center with taxi, taxi costs 5 Euro from Hotel to city center. View from 19th floor was excellent and pool on 25th was great :) I recommend this hotel, it is very good quality with very good price.

Hotel AC Gran Canaria is beatiful hotel with very good location. 5 minutes by foot to Las Canteras Beach, 5 minutes to city center with taxi, taxi costs 5 Euro from Hotel to city center. View from 19th floor was excellent and pool on 25th was great :) I recommend this hotel, it is very good quality with very good price.

Great location on the Las Canteras beach/promenade. Free parking on the hotels premises, although limited. The hotel is very quiet at night and with rather comfortable beds the sleeping quality is very good. This hotel is a good alternative if you want/have to stay in Las Palmas.

The hotel personal was kind and helpfully, the Continental breakfast wasdelicious, the room is clean, no noise at all from outside with hisdouble windows the beds are comfy the design is a little bit oldfashioned but it’s ok though the pool in the 8th floor is clean not newcould use renovations the fitness room wasn’t available maybe it’s onrenovations the view from the 8th floor is amazing a view on the oceanand the city the hotel is located at 50m from the beach and the touristpromenade where most of the attractions are. I would recommend thishotel and well when I’m going back to gc I’ll ta.

Excellent location right next to a very clean and safe city beach, and ample availability of complimentary towels and beach chairs (only beach hotel there which offers this). ). Mostly Spanish tourists, which added to the holiday experience (cf. the south coast, where you basically only enc.

We liked the size of the hotel because even with the amount of guests staying there it didnt feel crowded at all. The two swimming pools on either side of the hotel ensured guests were well spread out which allowed a relaxed atmosphere throughout.

The exellent hotel for this value of money. The hotel has the own sandy beach with lounges but entrese to the ocean is taff because the only big stones on the border of the beach and ocean. Our dauther 4 years old was happy. Faily long distanse to Melaneras beach is go for a wolk.

Neptuno Hotel was an great choice to begin my holidays.

The staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel is spotless andbecause this was my second visit, there were little gifts left for me bythe housekeeping staff! Another lovely touch by the hotel. Unfortunately the resort is quite delapidated but I seldom left theenclosure of the hotel, so this didn’t affect me greatly. I’lldefinitely be back!.

We just stayed a week at this hotel. I come to Playa Del Ingles at least twice (usually 3 times) a year, so I know the hotels and the apartments quite well. I wasn’t looking for a 4 star hotel, but the idea appealed to me (and there was a great offer on Booking. That was the best thing about the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean.

New modern apartments in a great location with beach, supermarket and bars less than 5 mins and Yumbo 10 mins walk away. 3 pools/sun bathing areas to choose from and room facilities include toaster and microwave. A nice quiet area in the evening, no parties or drunk teenagers! Great value for money compared to many of the older, less well located apartment blocks in Playa del Ingles. Friendly staff.

Excellent location between Amadores beach and Puerto Rico and you don’t need to pay for taxi every time you leave the hotel like with the other hill top hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff. And in the apartment was really everything you need for cooking on holidays.

We often go over to Gran Canaria for a three/four night break and Bahia Blanca is ideal for this purpose as they are flexible and accommodating. Facilities in the complex generally are adequate and very good value for money.

The colours of adjoining apartments and the design of the complex, plus the lovely trees and bushes made for an overall aethetically pleasant and relaxing environment. Liked the shop and safe storage facilities, the library, and the bar area too. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the apartments had everything we could wish for.

The colours of adjoining apartments and the design of the complex, plus the lovely trees and bushes made for an overall aethetically pleasant and relaxing environment. Liked the shop and safe storage facilities, the library, and the bar area too. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the apartments had everything we could wish for.

Very clean, modern apartment with comfortable double bed. All staff very friendly & helpful especially Maria in the bar. Taxi only €4 to Melonaras area.

The ocean and mountain view was fantastic, many pools to relax by, secluded and peaceful, very nice luxury hotel. The free beach and shopping area shuttle was a big plus. Very nice staff and service.

Great hotel, nice and relaxt, not in the tourist places, but somewhere nice and quiet. good if you only want to relax, go to the spa or/and play golf. The restaurants had good food.

Reasonably comfortable budget stay. We were three people in a four/fiveperson apartment and it was just right. The apartment was cleaned every day and we had freshtowels. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The apartments are spotless. The staff (Augustine and the rest of the reception staff do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable). These apartments are very close to the beach and plently of restaurants and bars. Also close to taxi rank to get around the resort.

I just loved getting up in the morning and walking to the beach to have breakfast in one of the numerous cafés. This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach on one side and the port/shopping mall on the other side. Secondly, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. Thirdly, the rooms were very clean, almost spotless.
