Friendly welcome, idyllic location and beautiful room and excellent hotel facilities. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a calm, relaxing short break.

This is a charming hotel - quirky and eclectic in its decor, delightful in its location. Would recommend spending a bit more and going for one of the suites for an extra special experience. Not for anyone with mobility problems (but neither is Fornalutx itself). Have no hesitation in recommending.

From we arrived at the fornalutx petit hotel we entering the truemeaning of "rest and relaxation". You can see the hotel is a totallabour of love by the owners. Eventhough the hotel was full whilst we stayed here we barley bumped intoothers except for breakfast. You have to do 2 nights here tofeel the true value of the sence of restfulness you ge.

This hotel is just fab! The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to help - ringing boat companies to check ferry times for pleasure trips - booking tables in restaurants for us etc. The apartments was beautiful and the hotel grounds peaceful and really well maintained. If you like fantastic countryside and a break away from mass tourism I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just back from a lovely week in Fornalutx, in Mallorca. The weather was great, the hotel was lovely, beautifully kept, with fantastic views. Very good breakfast, with the best fresh orange juice we have ever had. Nice apartment,spacious, well appointed and decorated. Welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is just outside the picturesque village of Fornalutx, with ample parking space within the hotel premises

Truly a fantastic find, away from the British masses in an idyllic,spectactular region in the mountains. Unbelievably peaceful andrelaxing. Nice pool area with comfortable sunbeds. Delicious and variedbreakfast buffet. Beds very comfortable, clean sheets and towels daily.Locally a short walk away from the village, probably 6-7 restaurants forevening meals. The hotel does not have a bar or cafe area but does havea small honesty drinks fridge with beer, wine and water.

Excellent hotel, I would reccommend to anyone wishing to spend some quiet time. The hotel is situated 19 miles form the capital, has a pool overlooking the sea, free access to a sandy beach and rocks. Tours depart from the hotel. Perfect stay! Will definitely go back.

Great location, great facilities literally by the beach and amazingviews. Went to this hotel withmy girlfriend and we would definitely go back. Don’t expect great food,nice little spanish restaurant called caraccas in front of the hotelwhich serves amazing seafood for affordable prices. One piece of advice,ask for a room on the higher floors.

The location and the views. I was pleasantly suprised as we booked the hotel last minute. We booked half board and the hotel allowed us to swap dinner for lunch which was an added bonus as we did not intend t.

Good staff and sharp looking, clean small hotel. The pool could be bigger but there is lots of room due the hotel only having 94 rooms. beach and bus stop’s to palma and palma nova only 5mins walk away.

The beds were awful and hard. The breakfast buffe was not fresh, all fruits had been frozen and all the food was from the morning before. The rooms were to small for 2 persons and the walls are too thin. How this hotel can have 3 stars is for me a joke!.

This is a great hotel for a getting away from it all break. The hotel isvery clean and well maintained. The hotel itself has no entertainment, so do not go here ifyou are looking for entertainment and activities. It is about 25 mintues from.

Close to the main strip for nightlife. Great hotel for young peoplelooking for a party holiday. I did not like my stay at all. The hotel is very old and badly needsrefurnishment.

Hotel is right in the middle of things, just off the main strip. The facilities are good in the hotel, nice lobby, computers, nice pool area. You can come and go as you please, its a party hotel. Air conditioning is good also.

Great hotel in a great location! would definitely stay again for the price me and my friend paid. reception staff are very friendly and helpful,although the rooms only get cleaned once a week which is not ideal if ur there for a week or longer! i would say this hotel is more of an 18-30’s hotel even though it isnt described as one,they have really loud music on during the day round the pool which is great if ur going for the night life of magaluf not if ur looking for a relaxing break! I would give it 9 out of 10! perfect for groups of friends male and female!.

The best thing about La Cala Hotel is the location, it is brilliantly situated. Cala Mayor beach is beautiful, it is lively, and it really feels like holiday. The hotel is close to Ponto Pi shopping mall, which is lovely. There are lots of supermarkets around which is convenient for buying water or snacks before going to the beach, these are really affordable as well.

The hotel is right on the beach, and not surrounded by the same oldtacky souvenir shops but the bus stops 50 yards away and it costs 2. Thehotel isn’t modern or trendy but it’s relaxing, the bar is self serviceso no queues, not very many English tourists. The food was really niceand changed regularly enough. All in all we had a lovely holiday and lacala had everything we needed.

When I got to hotel La Cala, they said they were having issues with thewater, and transferred me to Hotel Santa Anna. And in Hotel Santa Anna Ifelt like I was decaying or dying or dead - it was just the feeling -The hotel was good, clean, the atmosphere in it was like a hospital. I explained all this to Maria at Hotel La Cala, and she wasable to get me a room at La Cala with out the balacony, and yet it had anice ocean view.
