Remarkably situated given the protection on the island, inside theNature & Marine Reserve. Fifty footsteps from the room to the beach,where the fish are plentiful. For those who can travel outside of schoolholidays this is a must. It isn't a luxurious hotel but it serves itspurpose amply, being only a stroll into the town and plenty ofrestaurants.

Very nice place - I spent six nights at Roca Bella and really enjoyedit. I had one of the bigger rooms, and it was really rather big, basicbut very functional, with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Muchbetter than I had expected in a 1-star-hotel. The best of course was thelocation, surrounded by the sea, not inside Es Pujols but in easywalking distance which is just perfect. Maybe I was particularly luckywith my room, but the only noise I heard was the noise of the sea. Thestaff at the lobby was quite first class, very helpful and fluent inEnglish or German.

it's location was great, if you want to take time out from the hustle and bustle. Walk to the nearest village Sant Augusti lovely. all round very relaxing. Excellent walks in the area too.

The owners Michel and Mercedes were very helpful. Gaviota is in aperfect location if you want to be a little remote but with restaurantsand shops just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was very cleanand comfortable. Formentera is a beautiful island and we willdefinitely return.

What didn’;t I like? Everything was great. Great location - bus stops one short block from the hotel. Then, they have a shower you canuse after you check out if you want to spend the day on the beach. Everything was great.
