Excellent value for money, the restaurant had a good range of choices, they even provided us with some fruit when we arrived. The accomodation was a good size room with balcony. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in El Tope. We got what they promised (elegant 4* hotel, sea view, shopping center and the beach are in walking distance, etc). Fantastic hotel, we will back next year!.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the fitst time ,and we have been visiting Tenerife together for almost 20 years,we thought the hotel was great ,food, room, staff and the services offered were first class,its clients are in the main German (70%) with British and Spanish making up the rest,the dining room was run very efficiently as was the reception. as for language problems if any ! we speak spanish so we cannot comment as to whether the staff other than the reception spoke English. We will certainly be returning to this hotel next time we are visiting Tenerife ,but I might add the hotel.

The staff were great right from the start, they acommodated for my needstoo, the room was excelent value for money and breakfast in the morningwas lovely, pool was clean and great for cooling off in, I would happilygo back to this hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff & welcomed with champaign. As we are regular customers we received a basket of fruit in our room. The standard of this hotel is consistently high, consequently we are repeat visitors and will continue to be so.

Great location and ideal for us, travelling as a group of 9 on a week binge. They won’t allow you to have music blarin till all hours but they also understood that we as a group were gonna be a bit noisy havin a few drinks in the apartment b4 we headed out.

Great location, only 2 minutes walk from the center of night life in Playa de Las Americas. Our apartment for 5 people was spacious, and very clean. The swimming pool is nice and not crowded at all compared to the number of people staying in the hotel. For the shower there is a boiler in the apartment which heats up enough water for 4 people to have shower consecutively. The staff of the hotel helps to organize excursions or to rent a car callng directly the agencies, managing the boo.

Mai at reception was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and had a kitchen which had everything we needed. The view of our apartment was overlooking the mountain and was very nice. The apartments were located in the center of all the night clubs which were about a 5 minute walk so it wasn’t loud at night at all and about the same walk to the beach.
