The hotel Goya is a very basic hotel with no facilities, no lift, nodining and is right by a very busy and noisy main road, the town is notvery pleasant and I would not recommend staying there.

A real slice of local flavor. We had a whole suite complete with Royal Dalton figurines. They have a great restaurant and cafe. The waiter was the best we had in Spain and we have been here 3 months. It had a beautiful pool.

Stayed at hotel as our flight arrived into Alicante late. Perfect location for us and the hotel was much better than expected! We ate in the hotel restaurant and for less than €10 ate three courses and 2 glasses of wine, exceptional value!

I reserved for a single room, but got a double room, because there wouldbe less noise from the wedding party at the pool. The room was verynice, had airco, and the noise was tolerable. I payed even less then theprice at reservation (probably the reservation price was too high)

The Hotel was very central to Alicante - 5 min walk from the beach. The hotel is very modern, contemporary and extremely clean. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with very high quality food on offer.

Clean room, comfortable bed, Central location in Alicante. The hotel is located in the center of Alicante. If you want to go to the nicer beach of San Juan it takes about 30 minutes on the tram or the buss. Both the tram and the bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Alicante, 10 minutes walk fromthe seafront and less than 5 mins from an airport bus stop and theunderground stop for the tram to Benidorm. Our room was a good size fora city centre hotel with a shower and bath(very welcome in temperaturesof 30 degrees plus),air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. Weexperienced no noise in the hotel which was full. All in alla perfect choice for exploring Alicante and surr.

I loved the location of this hotel. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided withour hotel fee. Iwould stay at this hotel again. It was a great value for the money, andit fit our needs perfectly.

Overall nice hotel, you can see that it is a little bit older, but ourroom was very clean and comfy cleaned every day, great location close toeverything ( beach - 10min; grocery shop - 2min; ice cream shop :) -1min; big department mall - 5min, aquapark - one and half hour by tram), friendly staff, helpful receptionist speaking good english, tastybreakfast, elevator,. we were very happy with our choice ofaccomodation and if we go to alicante again, Im sure to stay in hotelCervantes again ;).

The hotel is right in the middle of the city with many shops, bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk from the tram stops at Luceros and Mercado next to the wonderful Mercado Central. The buses on the main Alfonso Sabio avenue are only two minutes away and the city beach is also no distance. And yet, unlike some other hotels in this very lively city where for many young people the night stretches into the morning, the Cervantes happens to be situated at a relatively quiet crossroads where it is possible to sleep in peace.
