The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and spokeEnglish quite well. The finishings on the decor are lovely and it's avery relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the deluxe room and thoroughlyenjoyed the massive balcony overlooking the mountains. Two bedroomsmeant our baby could sleep through the day and we could still enjoy thelounge room and balcony without disturbing him. The restaurant waselegant with friendly staff that aren't in your face and the food wasexcellent. Could eat like this more often.

It is a friendly & small hotel. Very secluded & peaceful in a beautifulsetting. Loved the fruit & olive trees. Overrall it has a very relaxedfeeling. Beakfast was good quality, continental style and the servicewas attentive. We are a family of 4 (2 children under 5) and thereforewe used the sofa in the room as a bed. It was made-up ready for us &there was still plenty of room, including a couple of comfy armchairsin the 'suite'. We only stayed the one night, so didn't get a full feelfor the place, but it seemed to have a 'one big family' feel about it,which was nice.

The hotel feels very remote but is only 10 minutes from Casares. We were upgraded to a junior suite [which was in one of the houses below the main house with the pool area in between] as I'd mentioned how we would like a view of Gibraltar. With the lounge and large private terrace upstairs the view [room 15] was expansive and clear to Ceuta and Gibraltar. The bedroom downstairs was spacious - again we'd have preferred the double bed. Shower was the refreshing monsoon type. The sitting area had a fireplace with wood burning stove, comfortable and plenty of space The hotel restaurant produced some excellent food from a good a la carte menu; the hotel is new, the staff are enthusiastic, the location is superb and is very popular; the hotel guest book was full of travellers' praise for the food and the accommodation.

It is excelent. you have in the apartment everything what you need and even more. The apartment were we stayed was just in front of the beach and was amaizing. It was very relaxing and we shall come here again.

If you are looking for a true relaxing holiday then albayt beach is oneto go for. 2 lovely clean pools in a quite area, with miles of quietbeaches. Apartment was in superb condition, internet was free and good.Washing machine and full kitchen including wash machine. Airconditioning was very good as well. Bathrooms where superb with jacuzibath and good showers. Floors are clean and mostly marble. Diningfurniture is brilliant. Staff where very helpfull. You need a car to getround, but if you want something peacefull well worth it. I will staytheir again and highly reccomend to anyone who wants a get away fromnoise. Better than I expected. No english tv channels, besides for bbcand cnn but who cares when you want a true relaxing holiday
