We had a one bedroom villa over two floors, very nice with lots of space and a good view. The breakfast was ok and was inlcluded in the price even though the price given was excluded. The hotel staff was very friendly,but not all of the staff understood english too well. We had one dinner at the hotel which was great. Downtown we expericened the opposite. We stayed for three nights and had two very nice days trekking in the monutains. It was very quiet.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it was done in a really niceway. We had a two-floor villa, bedroom and bathroom downstairs andlivingroom with a tiny balcony upstairs. I think there were almost 40villas but we saw only two other couples at the hotel so it was veryquiet. Car park was quite near to our villa in front of the receptionand it was free. There was small pool with some sun beds, which wasnice after a day of hiking in Sierra Nevada national park. Food at thehotel restaurant was ok, really inexpensive (menu del dia 11 e, abottle of local wine 10 e). The hotel staff spoke good english and werevery helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent with good views and superbly placed for long hikes into quite serious mountains. It is worth remembering that the hotel is at 1500m altitude and is in quite a rustic area so it’s certainly not a slick city centre hotel. Staff were knowledable about local hikes. Very well suited for upmarket hikers.

Pretty hotel in a quiet situation with close access to mountain tracks. Capileira is apicturesque, clean village which is worth visiting. Helpful staff and apleasant, quiet dinining room. The path to Capadilla might best bestarted at the lower part of the town (away from the hotel) so that thewalk ends with a restful descent instead of a steep, long climb.

The hotel is well situated on the top of the village so isfairly quiet with good views but within walking distance of the bars andrestaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotelto others.

We had a very clean room, and our breakfast coffee was the best wehad anywhere in Spain. Otherwise, there was nothing veryremarkable about it.

The town is beautiful. Great for hiking. The hotel is located on themain street and has a restaurant and bar that is festive until theearly morning hours. They have rooms that don't face the main streetfor those who find it difficult to sleep. The hotel is very clean andthe staff kind.

Lots of noise from the supermarket at the back of the hotel,dogs barkingand freezer blowing all night.breakfast is included but you have to goto the other hotel whitch is 300 mts away on the main road, I wasanttold this until I was leaving but the guy did give me a refund. Stay atthe main hotel on the main road.

Excellent location in the beautiful mountain village of Capileira highin the Sierra Nevada. Perfect location for people who want to access themountains. Hotel provides friendly service and is cheap. Good qualityevening meals and low prices. Rooms modest but very well cared for andregularly cleaned. Our climbing group would return without anyhesitation.Paco who runs the hotel is helpful and friendly. We had afantastic 4 days, so thanks Paco.

The location was good and entral. The hotel innitial appearance was verygood. felt like the 4* hotel it is as you arrived at reception.

I paid only 60 euros for a small economy double room including parking which is really reasonable. With this price, I won’t complain much about an old 14 inch TV in the room and the noise coming from the elevators and other guests nearby the room. I would try other hotel if I visit Granada next time, but if you travel on limited budget, and with a car, the economy room would suit your needs perfectly.

Very good location, close to city center, Al Hambra Palace and other places of interest, nice view from superior rooms to Plaza Nueva and Alcazabra Tower. Rooms are spacious and nice designed, named with famous and outstanding persons names. Hotel and rooms has a very special atmosphere of Granada.

This is my 2nd visit to Granada and return stay at Hotel Plaza Nueva. Chose it because it is conveniently located near the Alhambra andshopping area. This time round we got the suite which was spacious andairy. Only drawback was that the lift stopped on the 3rd floor and wehad to carry our suitcases up to the 4th floor.

Location, location, location. The Hotel Plaza Nueva in Granada is located on a Plaza. We ate at a Morroccan resturant not far from the hotel, it was great. It was a great hotel in a great locations.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was: in a great location; everything felt new; WiFi was available in the rooms and it was great value. It was marketed as a 2 star hotel, but it felt like a 3 star.

The staff were very helpful, and the parking onsite beneath the hotel is very convenient - a relief, considering how hard it is to park publicly in Granada! The hotel is quite central, and overall good value for money. Breakfast is basic but ok.

Hotel located in the heart of Granada. The hotel staff very friendly and willing to help. Overall hotel very nice and recommendable. Some nuisance, for people with disabilities, it is no elevator to the second floor of the rooms.
