The hotels central location in this beautiful village is excellent. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and had an excellent view of the bridge. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel really has a lot of old fashioned charm. The furnishings werefrom a bygone era. We had a very commodious room with a large terracewith a seating area that had a fantastic view. Our room had an enormousbathroom with an oversize tub (I've stayed in hotel rooms that weresmaller than that bathroom). The hotel manager was fantastic. We changedour itinerary because of his suggestion to see some of the nearbyvillages. He even drew a map for us. That day of driving from one scenicPyrenees village to the next will be one of the highlights of our Spainholiday. The included breakfast was a very nice buffet. We were able toconveniently park right outside the hotel. We were in town of Compredonvery low season on a quiet Monday. It seemed to us a very sleepy townbut we had a great time walking around.

The rooms are really lovely, very comfortable bed, very powerful shower, lovely terrace overlooking the river. Great welcome from the hosts, tasty breakfast of cold meats, fresh orange juice and toasted bread. This is a really lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

his hotel was so charming, it was like out of a storybook fairytale. It reminded me of a villa that was occupied by a royal family in days long ago. The antique look of the hotel with it's massive wooden entry door, the stairs winding up to the bedrooms, the woodwork surrounding the doors and chair molding accented the rooms. The drapery and fabrics on the furniture, the marble and tile, the fireplace and the paintings gave you a feel of being in your own chalet. The room also had a large balcony with a view of the river rushing by, so peaceful. The room and bathroom was immaculate and almost sparkled. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good with ample selections. Free parking was available within walking distance. Don't miss staying at this hotel if you have the opportunity. I would love to visit again. Good memories.
