I have stayed at this hotel many times because, all around, it is the best hotel in Cadiz. The hotel is located on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views especially at sunset. The hotel staff is very friendly--they go out of their way to accommodate and make sure their guests are enjoying their stay. We are always impressed and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is located on the beach in a very nice location. There is asea water pool in the hotel and a nice terrace above the pooloverlooking the sea. The hotel is away from the historic part of Cadizand located conviniently next to restraunts and bars confronting theAtlantic ocean. The "side seaview" room that I got was acutally facingthe side opposite the sea and only a small patch of the coast could beseen from it if one turned his head sharply to the side.

The hotel was excellent - clean, bright, comfortable, excellent value, very well situated with a bus-stop close by and the possibility of using a nearby garage at a very reasonable price (8 Euros per day). It also has a very nice little breakfast/coffee bar. If we went to Cadiz again we would most definitely stay there. The staff were very good English speakers and extremely customer friendly who could not do enough for us, including recommending an excellent restaurant close by.

We liked the fact that our daughters host family from her language program was minutes from the hotel. The hotel was centrally located near the beach and the bus stop. The complementary breakfast was limited to coffee,tea, fresh squeezed OJ, and toast or croissant. Over all we would stay there again.

A comfortable mid-price hotel in a convenient location on the main shopping street in Cadiz yet just a short walk from the wonderful beach at Playa Victoria. Frequent and cheap buses run to the Old Town centre from close to the Hotel.

The hotel was excellent - clean, bright, comfortable, excellent value, very well situated with a bus-stop close by and the possibility of using a nearby garage at a very reasonable price (8 Euros per day). We liked the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The best part about the hotel was the staff who were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We used the hotel carpark and the car was just taken away and parked for us and brought back on our last day. The old town is within walking distance but the bus service (bus stop outside.

Reception staff most helpful and smiling ,,we requested a smoking room and were allocated a room with a double terrace- this was fantastic- thank you! the bed was the most comfortable bed i slept in on this holiday. [ i stayed in 2 other hotels], location was brilliant- approx 200 meters to beach,a supermarket next door for ant bits and pieces and 10 mins walk along main, well lit, safe road to old town so i felt very safe, even when walking back to hotel alone. I felt nightly rate was very good value for my room[considering the super terrace].

On arrival in Cadiz, we parked the car temporarity in a multi-story carpark and walked to the hotel, because everywhere along the main road inwas full of cars. The staff were very helpful in explaining that weneeded to change direction at the roundabout further on and that wecould then park directly outside the hotel. E. we requested the car and it appeared within 5 minutes.

This hotel is in the modern part of the Cadiz peninsula just two blocks away from the long, clean beach and 1 euro away by public transport from Old Cadiz. The hotel has off street parking under sheltered bays. There is an excellent restaurant linked to their own bakery just across the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful and tolerant of my elementary Spanish. The staff in the hotel.

Friendly Staff - Very Clean - One of the cheapest hotels in Cadiz-Excellent Location for the beatch / good for the historical center: two blocks walking distance from the beach (a small cantine is also located at this part of the beach), bus station is just outside the hotel Line 1 connects hotel to the center (it is around 5 stations away), Line 2 station to San sebastian Castle is also close) Bus lines & itineraries can be found through Cadiz-wikipedia.

I didn’t go in the beaches near the hotel but in any case it is reallynear to the beach! To go to the old Cadiz there is a bus just outsidethe hotel until 1 am, and it takes 5/10 minutes by bus. The staff wasvery helpful.

This hotel is well located to visit the old town of Cadix. It is also at10mn on foot of the largest beach and at 15mn of the smaller but morebeautiful one. The room is standard, quite small but clean, a bitexpensive compare with others hotels in Andalousia but seems to be atthe right price for a 3 stars hotel in Cadix. Breakfast is Ok. Werecommand this hotel to have a good few day trip in Cadix.

The location was great (yards away from the beautiful Cathedral andwalking distance to the transportation hub) and the staff excellent . Ienjoyed the fact that the owners were onsight and everyone wasknowledgeable and very helpful. The hotel is fresh and very clean andtruly lives up to to its star status which isn't always a reality withother hotels. This property is highly recommended.

We found the Hotel staff very helpful and obliging, we were already aware that the hotel rooms were small, but they were spotlessly clean, the location was excellent for seeing Cadiz old town. The buffet style breakfast was adequate, but I would have thought should have been a little better for the cost of staying at the hotel, you could not fault the staff they were excellent..

The Spa Cadiz Plaza is a warm and friendly hotel, just minutes from thebeach and a walkway filled with lovely restaurants and bars. It is alsolocated on the plaza where the "hop on- hop off" bus tour stops, so veryconvenient to walk less than a minute and catch this bus; which is awonderful way to get an overview of the city, and then decide yourdestinations of interest. The staff always greet you with a pleasantsmile, are very helpful, accommodating, and speak English. We loved our4 day stay here and would highly recommend it.

Rooms are clean and spacious, as in the pictures, and bathrooms are nice with a full range of toiletries (toothbrush/razor etc). First night complimentary water and juice in the minibar! There is an internet pc in the lobby which was useful. There is a frequent bus service into old Cadiz across the square on the main road. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. There are two lifts and stairs for easy access.

Very nice hotel just steps from victoria beach. The hotel has a greatlocation just steps from the beach, but it also is less than 2 blocks tobus stop which will take you into center of cadiz in 15 minutes so iteasily allows sightseeing of central cadiz as well. The hotel was nice,clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. Would definitely stayhere again if I return to cadiz.

Room small air condition did not work very well,room smelt musty bedsshould have been a double but two singles together. the room they gaveus overlooked the street do not pay for car parking you can park rightoutside the hotel. there are not many nice restraunts in jerez mostlytapas bars,also some of the streets are dirty and in places it looksrun down.

Location is extreme central opposite the cathedral. Evening walks to the center only a few hundred meters away with all restaurant facilities and charming ambiente.

Everyone was helpful - the hotel was very central and quaint. The rooms had no windows to the outside - only onto a central open stair or courtyard but had good air conditioning.
