Very central to town, only 80 mtrs from main square. This hotel does not do evening meals but with such a variety of eating places within 1 min walk, that is not a problem. The room was large and very clean, breakfast was excellent. They also accept dogs which is a boon for me. The parking is in a multistorey carpark about 50 mtrs from hotel which is paid to the hotel. The streets my sat nave took me were very narrow, but i have been in narrower in Spain. Overall this is an excellent hotel for a break or overnight stay.

Stayed in their appartments- separate from the main hotel. Hote; difficutl to find and approachnwith a car. Appratments away from main hotel and we were given poor directions. locals were very helpful! Appratment next to parking so good in that way,.

Very close to Plaza Mayor, proper indication to reach the hotel, easy topark in the pubblic parking very close (9€/day wth hotel convention).

First of all, the location was excellent because it was so close to the main route leading from Northern Spaing to Gibraltar. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we were travelling through Spain to Gibraltar with a fully packed vehicle with a roof box and were very pleased that the hotel could provide us with secure parking for a car with a roofbox because. Very nice hotel to stay on your way to Portugal. It is not in the town center but from the hotel you can take a taxi for 7 euro's to get into the old town center. We had a triple room which was very spacious. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is so convenient for the motorway north/south and is a proper 4* hotel with all the facilities you would demand. It is close enough to walk into the City center without having any of the traffic/parking problems of being in the center.

No, I dindn´t like at all. The hotel is really old and the image that it gives is really poor. The carpets at the corridor are all dirty and broken and the beds at the room are very unconfortable. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Could not ask for a better location. An excellent choice of first class restaurants are located within 400M radius and all the main tourist sights are within walking distance. The only downside is parking which is not close to the hotel, the hotel would be well advised to employ have a valet service.

This beautifully restored old monastery houses a very nice hotel. The excellent choice buffet breakfast. The friendly staff at the front office. The Spanish are becoming great hoteliers maybe soon the best in Europe!.

Having stayed in many hotels from hostels to Paradores across Spain in the last 10 years, this ranks with the very best. The hotel is quite new, well decorated, exceptionally clean and although ideally situated for the historic centre of town, is very quiet. Large beds are very comfortable and a/c works well. I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat in the hotel.

Our stay at La Casa Pintada was even better than we expected. The ownermet us and escorted us to the apartment. Beautiful atmosphere - withcreative, charming faux painting throughut the home. Layout of theapartment was perfect for 2 older couples and a young couple withchildren with their large bedroom on the opposite side of the apartmentfrom the other 2 bedrooms. We could walk to a market for breakfast andsnacks and beer. A 5 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. Washing machine wasnice to have. Best was on-site parking!
