Staff are friendly and helpful the first thing that hit us was thecleanliness of the hotel. Brilliant location for the Marina and therestaurants pubs and clubs. We will definately be visiting thishotel again.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The cleaning staff at the hotel were good and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Reception staff were friendly and there was a luggage room to store bags as we had an afternoon flight. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

These apartments are excellent and we were very impressed with them. Wewere a bit concerned about what to expect as the price we paid seemedvery cheap but we need not have worried. They are very well situated inBenalmadena, less than 5 minutes stroll from the beach and all theshops, cafes and restaurants. However, as they are situated on a roadoff the main promenade, we found them quiet and peaceful during our stay(7-11 May 2011). Our apartment was spotlessly clean and verycomfortable, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,large ’fridge. The entire building was completely.

Hotel and Staff very good. Breakfast was a typical buffet style with plenty of choice. We only stayed one night so didnt see too much of the hotel entertainment. Plenty of bars in area, probably too many.

The food in this hotel was amazing and the entertainment was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and it is definitely a child friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and my family and I had a great long weekend.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well furnishedwith beautiful views of the sea/coast and mountains. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Also enjoyed the Location as itwasn’t in the busy main resort but easy to get there. Would highlyreccomend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, however this means it can also be very noisy at night when bars and cafes close (1am onwards) and horn blowing motorists are particularly annoying in the early hours of the morning. The hotel itself is very comfortable but would benefit from a more efficient air conditioning system.

The apartments were in a great spot, close to beach. Very clean apartments. There is also mention of cats around the apartments, there was about 6, some of which were kittens. They do not bother you and to be honest as an animal lover I was pleased to see that the apartment owners fed them. Would recommend the apartments to friends and family.

The apartments are near the beach and ten minutes walk from times square. We got the train from the airport to Benalmadena. 50 euro and a taxi to apartments for 6 euro. Apartments are budget. There were no umbrellas at the pool or many beds but our apartment on the 5th floor had a lovely sea view.

The hotel is not close to the beach but, if you are not looking for a beach holiday, it is perfect as it is close to a range of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent; they speak good English and are always happy to assist you in any way they can. The hotel is also open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Although the facilities are basic, they are adequate and represent value for money.

The hotel is clean, friendly and perfectly located in the center of Arroyo. This is a great hotel for those on a budget and want an central location to do sightseeing from. Due to its location there is a bit of a walk to the sea/beaches. But if you know that before you book and laying on the beach is not the be all and end all of your holiday, then this is the place to be.
