I was pleasently surprised to find that a very reasonably priced hotel could allow for a good sized ,clean and nicely decorated room with a well working bathroom (soap,shampoos and other niceties included). The room gave out to a tiny balcony overlooking a pretty square. The front rooms, for a bit more money, give out to the gorgeous harbour. There is inevitably some noise from local cafés and bars but not enough to keep me away. I give it top marks.

The house was lovely renovated, room was clean and spacy and owners nice and helpful. You could also manage very well with english. We ate a nice dinner with good price which you can sincerelly recommend.

We just stayed for one night because we were travelling through portugalby car. The house was cosy and the lady was very friendly. The hotel waslocated far up in the mountains so definitely a nice stay for hikers!
