All the staff was very polite, and hopeful. The location is great, and free internet made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean and just as described. The problem that we had with the toilet flush was fixed straight away.

Close to the main A4-E5 road south of Madrid. Good sized rooms. Helpful English speaking reception staff.

Staff were very generously and promptly helpful when we had trouble with understanding instructions to operate the safe and TV and a problem starting our rental car - as well as getting the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi operating.

The room was fine but had no wow factor. It had airconditioning which was good and was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was pleasant.

Hotel Mercedes is a bit quaint and old fashioned, the lady on reception when we arrived was very pleasant and our room was nice and cool (outside temperature was 30 deg. We chose Arunjuez as an overnight stop having been there before and wanted to see more of the town. The hotel is in a good location,10 minute stroll to the town centre, and pleasantly set in it’s own grounds with private parking and at a fair price. We would definitely stay there again.

We chose Aranjuez because it is close to Madrid to stop before our flight next day,and nice town with palace and parks to walking there. The hotel was good for it,comfortable room,near the king palace and park,free wifi in the hall,and I could print our plane tickets too.

A modern pleasant hotel with large attractive rooms and serving a good dinner. On the outskirts of the town and close to the magnificent palace and gardens. Handy stopover en route to Madrid.

Liked everything! Very friendly welcome, charming property, spotlessly clean throughout, very safe, fantastic value for money, delicious coffee at breakfast, lovely old Spanish house with pretty courtyard. Would stay again without a second thought, and would recommend to anyone who likes "real Spain". Would not suit traveller seeking the same hotel room in Aranjuez as in every other city in the world.
