It’s good. nice staff, nice room, except the Wi-Fi is super weak in my room 238. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice rooftop deck, jacuzzi and alittle pool.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and well informed. I speak only a little Spanish, but all the staff I dealt with spoke at least some English, so it was very helpful.

The hotel inside is very beautiful! The rooms are quite nice! The staffwas very helpful and kind. The location is good if you want to be nearthe airport and near the metro to get into the city. You can walk tothe metro is 10 minutes and then to get to the center of Madrid ittakes about 45 minutes. The airport is only 10 minutes drive! Freeparking too!.

I requested a double single occupancy room which I got, everything clean and tidy, comfortable bed, spacious room and free wifi was a big bonus. I ate in the hotel 1 evening and the food was superb, breakfast was equally as good with range of continental cheeses//meats/cooked/fruits/yogurts and bread/rolls - juice was fresh and coffee delicious. A peaceful location and great for people watching from large/open window (park view)I can’t fault the hotel with friendly, helpful staff, I’ll be back when next in Madrid for work-I have already recommended to colleagues in work as such a great day ra.

The hotel is literally just across the road from the Pricipe Pio so itwas really easy to travel around Madrid and the Principe Pio shoppingmall had everything you could need, including a 24hr opencor! The hotelis extremely central so if you’re not fond of the metro or buses, a taxito or from most places shouldn’t cost much. Staff was relativelypolite and helpful. They tried to place both our rooms as close togetheras possible. Several sets of lifts for.

Everything about this large hotel was as expected except the breakfastexperience during our five day stay. The hotel has many bus tour groupsdaily and for some unknown reason large numbers of these people bringbags (backpacks, handbags, satchels and you name it (one brought a hotelissue laundry bag - no lie)) into breakfast and stuff them with food. Individuals make numerous tripsfrom their tables to the food areas unchallenged by the breakfast staff. The hotel has signs saying that no.

The hotel was in a perfect location, directly across the road from the hotel was a Metro station, and a shopping centre. The hotel allowed us to check in early, and were surprised at how clean and modern the rooms were. The front desk staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. Would definately recommend this to anyone visiting Madrid.

This is a business-oriented hotel with an emphasis on conferences and training courses. Staff are well trained and hospitable. Tourists need to be closer to the "old" city centre, and a station (Cuatro Caminos) of Madrid’s well-run metro (subway) system can be found right next door. Three important metro lines pass here, so all is well for tourist and business person alike.

For our needs the Jardin Metropolitano was in a very good location andright on a Metro Lline direct to the heart of Madrid, Sol. Our major problem because we needed to use thefree Wi-fi to search for accommodation for our daughter to stay whilstworking in Madrid, was that it did not work in our room. Occasionallywe got a signal intermittently in the bathroom. Apart from that, agood stay.
