We got a free upgrade to a suite (booked a standard room) due to overbooking. It is seemingly the best hotel in Porto Santo, mostly Portuguese families and even though the hotel is big, the apartment style doesn’t make you feel there is mass tourism. Overall we were very happy with our stay there.

The hotel is good, as well as food. We went to a restaurant nearby, called pé na água thatis excellent! Loved ’bolo do caco’, a typical food in Madeira. Theservice was very good as well as the cleaning of the room.

Very polite and helpful staff (we felt welcome from the first minute on). The design of the villas fits well into the landscape, the pool area is nicely designed and the greening diversified. The beach is just unbelievable beautiful, the hotel installations on the beach are built with respect to nature and you never get the impression to have a rather big hotel behind the sand dunes. In general you have the impression that the hotel management cares a lot of k.
