Marco at the reception desk was very kind and helpful, the hotel has all the comforts of 3 stars. Spacious room with a king-size bed. 10 min walking to the city centre(marine). Good breakfast.

I staff at the hotel Vila Nova was at all times very friendly and helpful, and the hotel as well as the rooms are very clean. The hotel is located within a few minutes of walking along the harbour promenade from the town center and has a swimming pool, which we especially used in the afternoon after a day of whale watching or island tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed the four days spent at your hotel, the accomodations were very good, the only negative commet i have is about the breakfast buffet, the toaster doesn’t really work, the juices were served warm and we found the coffee really strong.

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago when it was a Holiday Inn and were pleased to see that there is no obvious deterioration since then; the hotel has obviously been very well maintained. The desk staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was always clean, neat and the facilities well cared for. Poolwas cool but on a hot day delightful, as was sipping Caipirinha’s fromthe bar right next to it. The hotel is centrally located to shopping and a few amazing restaurants. Our visit to the Azores was a bucket list item for me, an the adventure outweighed the discomfort!.

The location of the hotel is in the very center of the city, on the seaside. Big rooms with kitchenette. This type of hotel wouldn’t quite be my choice for a holiday residence, but for the one night that we spent there it was ok.

The apartment as big and fully equipped. it provided a very convenient central location for my family. it is suitable for families since the apartment’s size allowed for much space for everyone (2 balconies). the position in fron of the marina was also good.

This Duplex apartment was excellent. It’s situated in the very heart of Ponta Delagada, in it’s main shopping center. The design of the apartment is luxurious and it’s got all the amenities you’ll need to make your stay in Azores’s capital a memorable one. Plus, you’ve got a supermarket downstairs that’s open until late.

The apartment was clean, conveniently located and safe. The location is perfect for families staying in Ponta Delgada as it is located over a mall and several small restaurants and cafes. The staff was wonderfully accommodating. The cleaning crew did an amazing job.

We had a good time enjoyed the tour of the Island by taxi which wethought was very reasonable,we ate at the hotel and the food wasexcellent and very well priced and we are looking forward to our stayfor two nights on our return journey.

Perfect price/quality, we were very happy with our choice. Although the hotel and rooms are old, they are perfectly maintained: everything works as it should. All the rooms have airco, and there is free internet service in the lounge. It’s like staying at grandma’s house, with all the comforts of a modern hotel.
