The staff were fantastic and very helpful, the room was very clean and the windows had shutters to keep the room cool. During my stay it was very peaceful too.

We were greeted like long lost cousins - and made so welcome by the family. They catered for our every need. I can not recommend it highly enough.

The staf are really good, and everything worked perfect. I really enjoyed, the hotel is in the montains in a very calm place in the meadle of nowhere. We made lunch in the room. It is not so far away from Serra da Estrela.
