Buen hotel, muy limpio y cuidadado, personal muy amable. Nice hotel, very clean and well kept, nice staff and good breakfast. Good views from the front rooms. There is nothing negative to say.

The owner and his son are the kindest, most helpful staff you will ever meet at a hotel. Nearby Belmonte is special and the glacial valley in the park is a must if you can get over the scarey road. The hotel was fairly empty so at times we had a private pool and the tennis court was always available. The grounds are lovely as they are very well kept.

Location in Belmonte and easy access to surrounding countryside; extremely relaxing with beautiful view and balcony; also outdoor swimming pool although not large was big enough for a refreshing treat and uncommon for other Portugal hotels we stayed in. Dinner at the hotel was excellent and of restaurant quality. Price was very reasonable although probably due to being in the countryside near Guarda and off-season.
