This hotel is in a great location - right in the middle of the city. The room and bathroom were good sizes and were very clean. The staff were all polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cheap accomodation in the heart of Lisbon.

The hotel was good value for money, as shown in the pictures a little frayed at the edges but with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms that were cleaned every day. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast everything fresh (including the coffee and tea served to the table) although as the hotel was full it was a little squashed in the dining room. The hotel staff were very friendly and were more than willing to help with any problems or information needed. The good thing is the location right next to Rossio Square with the station and metro, and the fact that the hotel has a 24hr reception.

For starters, the location of the Hotel is great if you are going tomove around Lisbon on foot or by public transport (Metro, Buses andTrain). Sintra by train in 40min. The train station is 4-5 minutes on foot from the Hotel. The generalfeatures of our room were also satisfactory - it had air conditioning(which is needed), a good tv, a safe deposit box to not carry all yourvaluables around, a very large and bright bathroom.

Nice newlooking hotel. Good breakfast! You can walk from the hotel to the city centrum, it takes about 10-15 minutes. We used metro as well. Metrostation is near hotel and Baixa-Chiado is only two stops away.

I chose the Sana Capitol since it was very handy to the apartment of my son who is presently a student in Lisbon. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming so I would certainly stay there again. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with the included breakfast being very adequate. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Cleanness and hygiene in hotel are on highest level possible. The hotel facility is new and well maintained. Location is great since the very hotel is just 50 meters from bus/metro station, yet it takes only 15-20 minutes walk to the center of Lisboa. Everything you see on the photos of hotel-you will find in the room in its exact shape.

It was an awful experience staying at this Hotel, I did not have a good rest. A 2 star hotel or a "Residencial" may have better service and quality than this hotel.

The hotel is not far from the airport of Lisbon. The outside of the hotel has a modern look. The immediate area of the hotel has not a lot to offer with respect to restaurants or cafés. But the hotel bar on the 1st floor, with very friendly waiter, was still open.

Where I found the staff excellent and the service good I found that there was no where to sit outside in the open air. There appeared to be an area with a water feature, but access from inside the hotel seemed restricted. The other word that I would use is "sterile" to explain the athmosphere within the hotel. I felt at times the reception staff, eventhough professional, were lacking.
