A beautiful hotel with large, quiet rooms, fantastic ambience and wonderful location! Our room was huge, with a comfortable bed, great water pressure in a nicely designed bathroom, and a gorgeous view of Wawel Castle. The hotel's common areas (lobby, restaurant, etc) were handsomely furnished - and we appreciated the before/after photos of the building on display in the restaurant. Breakfast was included in the rate - a sumptious array with great variety, and the service was extraordinary in the restaurant. The front desk staff was wonderful - helping to arrange dinner reservations, providing tips on what to see, etc. We would absolutely stay at the Rubinstein Residence again.

Good location, though not exactly in the city center, but in a nice and quiet jewish historical area. Many restaurants right in front of the hotel on the very peaceful and cosy square. Friendly and supportive staff. Very good breakfast for 4 star place. Dont hesitate to ask for warm dishes for breakfast, but the staff will ask you anyway. 20 min walk to castle and old market square. If you travel with small children its better to drive there and park in one of teh streets next to it. There are payable parking places as well. Parking in front of the hotel can be busy but its for free. Spacious room. Triple room was big enough for three adults and one child.

We stayed in the family apartment on the top floor of the hotel and could not have been happier; two good size rooms, two excellent bathrooms, very comfortable beds and fantastic views over the city to Wawel Castle. Travelling with two older boys (11 &15) the choices and quantity of food at breakfast were a big hit and set us up for a good days sightseeing. Also had a couple of evening meals in the restaurant, which were excellent quality and would highly recommend and worth the price. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the hotel.
