This hotel is in an ideal location - centrally located yet quiet (I wasworried about the church bells mentioned in other reviews, but theyreally weren't loud at all). Our room was extremely clean and themattress on the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot waterfor the shower. The breakfast was nothing amazing but was certainlyadequate and filling, and we liked that it was available until 11o'clock. Oh - and the spa area (you have to pay extra and book inadvance to use it) is wonderful, especially the steam room. For the spaarea alone I plan to stay in this hotel again if I ever come back toKrakow. (And I hope I do - it's a cool city!)

The location of the hotel is perfect. Located directly between the market square and the Wawel Castle there are many good restaurants within a block of the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioning and free internet. The breakfast was the same every morning but there were many different choices so it wasn't a problem. The staff is very pleasant and speak English very well. We stayed at this hotel for five nights the week before and decided to return before flying back to the States. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The staff are very welcoming and efficient and the hotel itself is spotlessly clean. We were able to book tours from the hotel which was great. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the old town. The hotel is located on a very quiet street and there are some lovely restaurants and a wine bar close by. We were delighted we stayed at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
