I was impressed by the warm welcome at reception. I had to leave early the following morning and they took the trouble to arrange for the kitchen to open up fifteen minutes earlier so that I could have breakfast; and passed this information on to subsequent people at the reception desk. They were also very helpful with their friendly wake up call, looking after my bags, and offering to ring for a taxi. I particularly liked the tea making facilities in the room. Out of the four hotels I stayed in during my trip this hotel was the only one to have this facility, and after a long coach journey it was very much appreciated. The ensuite facilities were excellent. I had chosen this hotel for its proximity to the railway station, it is only a twenty-five minute walk. However, it is also ideally placed in the heart of Krakow for visits to Wavel Castle, the old city square and the old Jewish quarter. More importantly for me was its location in relation to a vegetarian restaurant only a fifte

The rooms were perfect. We booked for 2 one-person and got 2 two-persons rooms on the fourth floor. The hotel has an elevator to the third but that wasn't a problem. The bathrooms were complete with towels, soaps, shampoo's etc. Minibar on the room en TV. Very friendly personnel and the breakfast was excellent. Price/quality is fine. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre and other important things like bus, tram. Also the castle and cathedral are close to the hotel. For a next visit I would book the same hotel.

We loved the building. The basement was so well presented as the breakfast room with information about its history. We loved the lift which gave the outside view of the rooftops. The staff were absolutely excellent, polite, helpful and in every way dignified. We would recommend your hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Krakow as the location is perfect, the service excellent and the rooms very comfortable.
