It is a small, friendly, reasonably-priced hotel close to the city center. I like the fact that it doesn't try to be a bland, international hotel, but still has a sense of place and an old-fashioned feel (but with updated baths). I have stayed here more than once, both solo and with my family, and have found the staff to be very helpful. Free wireless internet is a plus. The restaurant is good, but not outstanding, with a very typical Polish breakfast buffet included. This hotel will still be my top choice in Cracow.

We were delighted with our choice of hotel and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Krakow. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, looking up information on the ash cloud crisis for us, booking taxi's and immediately dealing with all our inquiries. The breakfasts were superb and the decor so in keeping with the city. Its position is ideal for sight seeing. Will definitely stay again. Many thanks.
